Wonderful house for our family vacation. So many beautiful rooms, large bathrooms, warm saltwater pool & hot tub, so many activities for the kids including golf, ping pong, bags toss, and the piano was a huge hit. Music filled the house daily. The kitchen was over the top! Easy check in & check out. The best location in Palm Springs.

We loved this house and would stay there again if they made one change - the beds were super soft and that threw out my back. The house and property is truly awesome but they need someone to check it between guests and they need to update the instruction/welcome book. Spa info was incorrect as were other pieces of information. iPad for equipment was missing. Garage clicker was missing. Lovely toys but they are in complete disarray. No net on ping pong table. Additionally their communication when we arrived wasn’t great - we didn’t hear from them for hours and it happened again another day. Once we learned to text the pool guy it was better. Having said all that the house is truly a 5; they just need to make these few easy updates/changes.

The Estate exceeded our expectations! We were a group of college friends and The Estate was the perfect place for our reunion. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and dining outside in the covered porch. The views of the mountains were stunning. Loved the location (close to airport and not too far to drive to restaurants. The only glitches were one of the dishwashers didn’t work (luckily the other one functioned) and the Safari room had three twins instead of the full bed and two twins advertised. We would highly recommend this VRBO!

Amazing property! The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, and the house is stunning. Our family loved the neighborhood, and found many nearby hiking trails. This vacation was definitely one of our favorites and we can’t wait to return! We had zero issues during our stay and Cameron and Mitch were extremely helpful answering any questions!

Perfect girls trip house!

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. All of the bathrooms were clean and modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the extra refrigerator and second set of washers and dryers in the garage.There was plenty of outdoor dining and seating, with lots of shaded areas. We loved floating in the pool and barbecuing under the pergola. We also took the house bikes on a short ride to grab some ice cream — such a fun touch!The check-in process was easy and seamless, thanks to the gate and door codes. Cameron and the concierge team were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.We’ll definitely be back next year!

Palm Springs Perfection!

We’re extremely picky when it comes to our vacation rental. This house literally has it all! Very clean, gym, AC, cozy beds, linens, plenty of pool and bath towels. Fully stocked kitchen. Garage and fully secure home. Privacy! The layout of this home was perfect for our family. There’s plenty of chill spaces for adults and kiddos to keep occupied or relax. The absolute best part is the saltwater pool!! The temperature, fountains, bubbles and jets make it like a resort for our littles to splash around in! We spent so much time outdoors because Cameron has it set up perfectly. He has professional misters installed that keep the summer heat cool while grilling lunch or having beverages under the shade deck. We loved playing on the putting greens after dinner. The amazing lights at night are really fun and the huge giraffe even carries his own evening lanterns. Our youngest named him “Raffi”. We can’t wait to return to this desert oasis! Thanks for such a great stay to the host, Cameron! He’s always available, if needed. We appreciated all the thoughtful amenities and the easy check-in/checkout process. He graciously allowed us to arrive a little earlier and we didn’t feel rushed to leave super early like most rentals do. We prefer renting from actual homeowners and not the bigger company run rentals. They overcharge for every little thing. Looking forward to our next trip to the desert this summer!

Great backyard!

The best part of the place was the backyard. The pool, spa, putting green, ping pong table, corn hole game... We all had a great time. This was a celebration of grandpas 80th birthday. It's an easy place to be. The only complaint I had was all the soft beds. I need a firm mattress and all of the mattresses were soft. Some of us like them and some didn't. I guess you can't please everyone. :)And the caretaker Mitch was very helpful and fixed anything that didn't work in a short amount of time. He was very attentive which was nice.Also, perhaps Cameron could clear out one cabinet for food. Every cabinet was filled. All and all though, it was a nice home.

Amazing Property!

The pictures don't do this property justice. A group of 7 stayed for my 40th birthday trip and it was absolutely perfect. The house is spacious and has everything you could need. The rooms were beautiful, large and beautifully done. The grounds and pool were perfect, and the location was wonderful -- easy to walk or take a short Uber/Lyft to downtown. Communication with Cameron was great, he was super responsive if we needed anything and made the process so easy. I'll definitely be staying here again, and I know each of the people in our party feels the same way. Best rental house we've stayed in by far!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Week with Family

The Estate was fabulous-plenty of room to spread out, soft beds, large kitchen and best of all amazing outdoor space. Vrbo description was excellent, but our experience exceeded our expectations! Cameron was a great host - always available to answer questions.

Fantastic property was the center of a wonderful family vacation

What a terrific place! House was meticulously maintained, had a great layout and plenty of room for 9 people, including four kids ranging in age from 7-14. Kitchen was well-stocked, appliances were top-notch, and the grill and fire pit were easy to use - we grilled almost every day. The beds were really comfortable, and the bedrooms were a good size. There was also plenty of room to spread out - we had family puzzles on one table, kids playing Nintendo in another room, adults exercising on the Peloton in the back, and my father napping in his room all at the same time. Honestly, this house WAS the vacation. Cameron also offered concierge-level service. Any question we had, he responded to us quickly and happily so. We look forward to booking again!

Girls Trip 2022

The estate has everything you dream of when searching for the perfect vacation rental and you can tell the owners put thought into every detail from the beautiful decor to the high-end amenities. I stayed here with 6 of my best girl friends to celebrate my birthday & we were WOW'd from the moment we arrived. Did I mention it's ideal location to downtown restaurants & bars? Everything about this home is fabulous. Cameron, thank you for the spectacular hospitality during our stay. I will absolutely be back!

Beautiful house

This house is spectacular. The pictures don’t do it justice. Literally, every detail is perfect. I’ve stayed in many houses in Palm Springs before, and this one is hands down the best. It’s a bit expensive, but it is totally worth it and the cost is completely justified given what you get for it.

40th Bday Fun!

This home is just beautiful! Thank you Cameron for the hospitality. We stayed here for my husbands 40th bday with 5 couples for a long weekend. The house was perfect with five private bedrooms, spaces for meals together and great outdoor space for lounging by the pool. Check in with Mike was great- he is helpful and showed us all the smart home features. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking if you want to (we didn’t!). The first night we enjoyed a catered meal on the patio under the lights. Other nights we took a quick Uber to dinner. This home is very conveniently located close to everything you could need. We had a great dinner at Boozehounds just around the corner and a very fun night across the street at Toucan’s. Other highlights are the gym with peloton, tread and mirror, and the luxury beds and linens. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to be back!

Wonderful Christmas Memories Created!

The home was amazingly decorated for the holidays. It was everything promised in the online photos and more. Open spaces with numerous indoor and outdoor dining areas - fun activities for all ages, i.e. ping pong, putt putt, games, piano, fire pit, hot tub, pool, bikes, and most popular for the adults was the Peloton room with its bike, treadmill, and mirror. Even our 3 year old tried ballet with the mirror. Convenient to everything, with a wonderful kitchen where we all pitched in for cooking. Cameron was totally responsive and every request was taken care of immediately. True concierge services beyond expectation, Definitely recommend this home without hesitation.
