Would Stay Again

The property was great, both inside and out. We were in town for the Indian Wells Tennis tournament and this location was perfect, as were the accommodations.

Golf trip

We were very happy with our stay. Check in was very easy, and once we got to the house, it was comforting knowing it was secure. The property was clean, basic amenities were on site and the pool/hot tub was nice and warm. Would come back to stay if we are back in the area.

Don't stay here!!!

The service provided by the homeowners during my seven-day stay fell significantly short of expectations given the property's cost we paid. I promptly reported that the family room television lacked cable service and that none of the home's televisions were functional. The homeowner cited a lack of available cable boxes. This is unacceptable; with a booking made over a month in advance, the absence of functional televisions demonstrates a serious lapse in professional service, particularly given that no remedial action was taken during our stay. Two older adults and two adults and 1 children stayed and were forced to retire early each night due to the lack of in-room and common-area television service. I contacted the homeowners, proposing a $50 per day credit, totaling $350, for this inconvenience; however, this was flatly refused. I subsequently indicated my intention to share my experience regarding their prioritization of profit over guest satisfaction. I strongly advise prospective guests to seek alternative accommodations. The homeowners demonstrated a clear lack of concern and failed to offer appropriate compensation for the substandard service. I will not utilize this property or Evolve's services again. My prior experiences have consistently been exceptional. Please be aware that these homeowners appear solely focused on financial gain.

Property needs TLC

Property needs TLC The backyard of This property is completely unusable. All of the outdoor furniture is so old and weatherbeaten. Property management didn’t do anything to try to clean up the backyard. Barbecue grill needs to be replaced. Very nice property but it needs a lot of TLC. There was also a fly problem on the inside of the house Not to mention the other bugs that frequent the living quarters during the evening hours. Property management company did not provide any answers said they were gonna show up and never did.

Nice house with lots of space

New house with lots of space and amenities. Love the downstairs bedroom suite that works well with my elderly mom and her caretaker. Just that it's very hot in Indio around this time, and not much to do in the area. The construction across the lake obstructs the view and serenity. Luckily not much noice in the weekend. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit and had some good family time. Playing the foosball and air hockey with our adult children gave us good laughs and fun.

Spring Break 2022

Terra Lago is a beautiful home. The location on the water is very relaxing and it was very well stocked with things to make for a comfortable stay. Our daughter was out from school in snowbound CO, the warm temperatures and relaxing space was fun for us all to enjoy. It has a lot of fun games like ping pong, air hockey and foos ball. The only time the tv was on was when we were watching a March Madness basketball game. The only down side was that there is new construction on a phase which is directly across the water from the back of the house/pool area. We were there midweek so it began at 7:00. Being early risers, it wasn't that big of a deal, but if you want quiet and hope to sleep in, it may be an issue if you are in the Master bedroom. Because they ended at about 3:00 afternoons were quiet. It's a valid point to note so that you're not surprised by the change in view. If you had toddlers who like to watch construction they'd be super excited-it's all about how you look at it I suppose! If you're there on the weekend you probably won't even be affected by any construction noise. The owners and property manager were super nice and helpful. Dealing with Evolve through VRBO pre booking was a little challenging,. Our issues were minor, and we'd love to have the opportunity to stay there again. Very nice home away from home!

Family Christmas Reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The spacious home was immaculate, well-equipped and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 8 adults. Beds were all very comfortable with memory foam. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking for the large family and seating was easy around the large table. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub with adjacent gas fireplace. Rick was most attentive and replied promptly, even to tell us when home was ready for early arrival and other questions. Wonderful location in quiet neighborhood on a canal. Easy access to visit Joshua Tree, Thousand Palms Oasis, hot air ballon ride in Indio and Aerial Tram. Winco is minutes away with great selection of produce and goods. Grandpa suggested we come every year- and everyone agreed!

On the Lake

This is a wonderful place to stay with a family. Two kayaks for the lake, small pool and jacuzzi , fire pit . There are games inside for the whole family. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are stores nearby. The refrigerator is large for longer stays. We had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal .Complimentary s’mores was a nice touch . Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Get Away!

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home over President's Weekend! There was more than enough room for our two families with teenagers. They loved the game room! We hiked at Joshua Tree and Painted Canyon and it was so nice to come back to a comfy home. The house had EVERYTHING we needed, and more. I have never stayed at a rental where the kitchen was so well stocked with items. This property is new so everything was lovely. The owner was more than helpful and very responsive with questions. We look forward to staying here again!
