The host was very helpful with an early arrival time. Arrival instructions were excellent and easy to follow. The place worked great for a group of long term friends on an annual golf trip. Two kitchens made it easy to cook meals for every one on a daily basis.

We had a wonderful time here! The house was very clean and comfortably slept eight adults without ever feeling like we were tripping over each other. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Relaxing in the pool and hot tub with ample privacy was the essential Palm Springs experience, while being conveniently located near downtown and just a short drive to anywhere else we wanted to go. Bonus points for having an accessable washer and dryer!

Fun Family getaway in beautiful Palm Springs!

My husband and I hosted our two adult/married children and our grandchild for the week - the house was perfect and offered great amenities (the kitchen was especially well stocked!) and easy access to all Palm Springs had to offer. Our favorite was sitting on the patio enjoying the views, the pool and hot tub. Will stay again on our next trip to PSP!

Relaxation Defined

It was a great oasis to come back to after seeing the sights of Palm Springs. The street noise from Sunrise was a little loud in a couple bedrooms, but nothing terrible. Backyard was quiet and peaceful. Well equipped kitchen.

Family visit

Come into town for a weekend family event. House was clean, calm, beautiful. Obviously updated and well done. Loved the kitchen and the outdoor seating. Bikes in the garage to use. Host was very helpful with answering any questions. Completely on me, I hadn’t realized, as I had not been to the area before, that the house was on a main busy street (it is shown on map so yes, this was on me). Being from a very quiet small area myself, I was nit used to street noise all the time. Most people are people okay with and used to. Having the casita was very helpful!

Liked the house and it was comfortable for our party of 6 adults and two children. The best features of the house are definitely the backyard with the pool and jacuzzi as well as the comfortable living area with a nice gas fireplace. My only issue was with the 10AM checkout time on the final day. Considering the holiday pricing we paid, it felt like we were shorted at least the full morning to have one last dip in the pool or jacuzzi. I would recommend if this is a concern for anyone else booking this property, you discuss it with the host prior to renting.

Palm Springs Life

Our family always heads to the desert for July 4th! We love staying in Palm Springs. Our house was well-equipped with almost every hold-hold item you might need. The rooms were great for the number of family members including the casita. But, upon arrival we had a serious ant problem. The there was a musty smell in the casita from a possible water leak into the building making the carpet wet. Finally, the gate across the front of house didn’t operate well. Aside from those issues, we enjoyed the pool, spa n misters. Our guest host responded to our concerns but didn’t offer to come out and check them. Hopefully these issues will be resolved for the next guests.

Early Christmas Gathering

The property is great! Loved the Mountain View’s. The Casita was perfect. Parents stayed in the Casita and adult children stayed in the main house. The Casita is perfect for anyone that may have a different sleep schedule from the other guests. (Early riser or late riser) It’s a private oasis. This property is easy to get to from the airport and very close and convenient to the airport as well as grocery store and downtown. It felt like a safe neighborhood. Outdoor fire table was awesome! Also Corn Hole was a great yard game that is provided.

Great House in Palm Springs

The house was great and just as advertised. Back yard is an oasis with fabulous pool, spa, misters, lighting, and landscaping, everything you could want in Palm Springs. Location is very convenient as you could even take a 10 minute walk to the shopping center in case you don't want to drive.

House and pool were great, road noise, not so much

Overall we had a great girls trip at this property. The house is large, well laid out, well stocked, and comfortable. We enjoyed most of our time outside by the pool. A fabulous feature is the water misters that spray off of the roof to keep you cool even when it's 90 degrees! The pool and hot tub would not be great for little kids since the pool edge is rocky and hot tub bottom is rough. But no issues for adults. Our biggest issue was the road noise and we knew it was a busy road when we booked. The noise isn't an issue during the day, but I am a very light sleeper so the road noise at night kept me up. I ended up buying a large fan from Wal-Mart to drown at the noise at night. This doesn't impact my overall rating and I still think the property is great, but I think it's helpful for other light sleepers.

Quiet, relaxed atmosphere
