This was our second stay at this beautiful property. The home is close to downtown, spacious, comfortable and filed with everything we needed for a great visit. The beds are comfy, the pool is divine and the outdoor areas included several covered areas for lounging. There were lots of tvs for movie watching and cable channels as well. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for gathering. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent space in an excellent location

Three moms and their daughters stayed in this amazing very close to Palm Springs downtown the convention center. Every crew had a bathroom and the space was perfectly set up really well decorated. The pool was perfect and there’s an option to heat it for a little extra money. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was including the communication with the horse check-in highly highly recommend.

3 night stay for annual buddies golf trip

Property was perfect for myself and 4 friends for a 3 night golf trip. Not easy finding a 4BR/4BA place that is close to restaurants and golf courses and doesn't cost a fortune. This worked out well for us and Tom & Apolonia did a great job answering questions and ensuring everything was in order.

Family Visit

Five members of our family spent a long weekend at this beautiful property and had a wonderful experience. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and fire pit. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect and Palm Springs is a dream.

Fantastic family getaway house

Delighted with our stay at the this mid mod Palm Springs house!. The updated house and the pool area were fantastic. The owner's prompt response to the shower issue was much appreciated. Only drawback was the beds in the second bedroom and casita, which were a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a great experience!

Great stay!

We had a very pleasant stay in this property. It was clean, all appliances worked and furniture was good. The pool and patio were perfect! They reached out to us to check if we wanted the pool to be heated- which was a great suggestion! Neighbourhood is quite and nice to walk around. Will be back

Perfect Getaway

This property is everything it’s advertised to be and more. Gorgeous home with upscale details and a fun layout. The backyard with pool, casita and fire pit is to die for. Close to everything on a quiet street. The owner goes above and beyond to make his guests comfortable by providing everything you need and making sure everything in the home is easy to use. We asked for the pool to be heated, he set it to more than 90°. Practically a hot tub! Everyone had a beautiful time.

Mid-Mod Gem in a Great Location

This MidMod house is in a super convenient Warm Sands/Tahquitz River location - close to everything but far enough off the busy streets. It's bright, beautifully appointed and spacious. The pool area is very nice. Huge kitchen with top appliances. Minor quibbles: could use some more/larger living room furniture and the hot water takes a long time to reach the casita. However, it's clear that the owner cares about this property and your stay, and takes great pride in it all. The property management company, Evolve, is mostly exceptional except they forgot to let the owner know that I had paid for the pool heating fee.

Great spot!

We had an absolute blast at this property. It is great for 2 small families with little ones or all ages. The patio is gorgeous at every hour of the day, especially at night with the beautiful working fire pit and solar lights. The outdoor fans made the weather so pleasant. The pool was perfect, clean and warm without the heater (good time of year). Tom, the owner, was such a pleasure to work with. You can tell he really cares about your stay. We had a little issue with the fridge and Tom was on it and so helpful, I can't say enough good things about him. The house had great outdoor seating, good shower water pressure and a clutch outdoor shower that was so handy for the kiddos. The kitchen was beautiful and FULLY stocked with quality cookware. The only small negative from our stay was the bed in the casita - they need a queen / new mattress in there. Other than that we had the BEST time. Rent this spot - you won't regret it!
