Sweet cabana

Love love love this place!! Loved it so much we extended our stay and Robert made it super easy to do so!!! Such an accommodating host. The quiet neighborhood paired with the convenient location to EVERYTHING puts this place at top of my list for every and ALL future stays in Palm Springs.

Spring Break 2025

This home is a perfect home away from home. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close enough to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. The company is responsive, after I missed all of our check-in information. They were available to help even on Sunday. I can't say enough positive things about this company and home. We plan to try out other homes with Relax Palm Springs.

Great house!

This house was just as expected. Very comfortable rooms, soft towels and linens. The pool was great! felt cool in the 105 degree weather. Rob was very quick to respond and helpful. The house does sit on a busy road, not noticeable when your in the home. We did have occasional planes overhead but it was kind of fun to watch so not an issue. All in all a great house.

This was a great spot for a recent girls trip. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space. The location and proximity to the heart of Palm Springs is perfect.

Backyard Oasis

The backyard inclusive of pool, pergola/patio and hot tub were absolutely spectacular. The inside of the home left a little to be desired (as others have said, needs a little TLC) but the well stocked kitchen and comfy beds were greatly appreciated. The one thing that drove me bonkers and is out of control of the owner was the constant jumbo jets flying overhead. They start at 6:15am (trust me) and are incredibly loud and persistent. Otherwise, the location itself was perfect for getting around. All in all, our family had an amazing stay at this backyard oasis property!

Beautiful house well maintained

We enjoyed this quiet neighborhood. The home is well stocked especially the kitchen. Very easy to deal with the management when we had a very minor issue. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The House and our stay was lovely. Only complaints are that the pool has no lights and the back yard was quite dark at night and there was someone else’s band aid floating in the hot tub (eww). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thanks.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It's beautiful and very private so it was easy to feel relaxed and fully on vacation. The kitchen is stocked with all the gadgets you'd want and beautiful dishes and serving trays. Perfect for a small group getaway. The AC was quite noisy and you feel it quite powerfully in the rooms compared to the kitchen and living room but a very minor issue. Overall, we loved this home. The pool was incredibly clean and refreshing and it's where we spent the majority of our days. Management was friendly and attentive too.

Property Quality Fell Short of Expectations

First off I have to say Scott and team were great in the beginning and during our stay. Very responsive and helpful with questions. The house was pretty clean. The rugs in the property and the condition of the exterior furniture are the only items I question the cleanliness of. There were many things I noticed throughout the week we were there that lead me to believe the owner has neglected regular maintenance or taken shortcuts on repairing things. Here is the list of items I sent to Scott’s team at the end of our trip: There are lots of spots where the drywall is cracking and bubbling(can be a sign of water damage), pool finish is coming apart, refrigerator had to be reset multiple times to get it to cool anything, significant trail of ants in front and backyard, faucets/water fixtures have calcium buildup, huge water spots on the patio coming from planter boxes, bathtub faucet in master leaks, tile is raised in the master bathroom(can be caused by water damage or improperly installed tile), exterior door knobs stick, exterior furniture has apparent mold/mildew. I emailed this list of items along with a few other things over to Scott and team as per their request upon leaving and received no response. I even took the time to take photos of the bigger items and include them in the email. At the very least I would expect a response. Even a simple apology for these items would have went a long way and probably made me give a little more positive review just based on the customer service alone. For the amount of money we spent we expected a little more especially when the photos on the listing portray a home that’s in great condition.

A Great Getaway Location!!!

A great house with a perfect yard set up.

We enjoyed the house, it was a perfect size for 3 couples and the kitchen was well outfitted for cooking and grilling. We used the out door dining area daily, it was a great set up. Our only critique would be that it’s time for new cushions on the patio furniture and new umbrellas. This location can be very windy at times but it’s relatively close to everything. The management staff was awesome and tended to all our needs very promptly. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Central Location

Roomy house for 6 adults. Great outdoor living space. It was clean. Well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms have very thick white towels and Molton Brown bath products. The house is in a location that is convenient for downtown, hiking, and a variety of shopping options.

Great spot...

Loved the property, stayed cool in the house even though it was 120 degrees outside. Place was as advertised, loved the pool and the back yard. The master bedroom was very large and comfortable, wife loved the master bathroom. Overall, we were really happy with our stay. Scott and the relax team were also very helpful, made everything really easy. Thanks for a great trip.........

Not much like the photos

The property does not match up to the photos much at all. It's in a lot worse shape than the photos make it out to be. When we got there, 2 umbrellas were broken completely and left on the ground like trash. Thankfully, we contacted the manager and they dropped off two new umbrellas right away. However, most of the lounge chairs were also ripped. The chairs on the side of the house were ripped and leaking styrofoam. The pool is very small and doesn't get much shade, as the umbrella holes are nowhere near the pool. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but I'm not sure the house was worth the amount of money we put into it and we would most likely not return unless the owners put in a little upkeep.
