Pre arrival info was voluminous and confusing including Docusign documents but ironically the codes to enter the property didn't work. Had to call a few times to resolve. We paid a lot extra for pool heating for 7 days but it only worked for 3.5 days and when we complained were told that no refunds are given. VRBO ghosted us during the process then required us to state what property we were at even though we were using the App. We just want a quiet life and are not serial complainers but this property was administered very poorly in our opinion
