This house is better than described. Everything was spotless when we arrived & easy check-in. The beds were really comfortable & all furnishings both inside & outside are top quality. There were 5 of us & we cooked a lot. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We had a great time & highly recommend this property. The property managers communicated with us before, during & after in a timely manner.

Quiet neighborhood in Palm Springs

The house floor plan was perfect & the outside has plenty of sitting to say the least. Our only complaint was the housekeeping was just ok. The mirrors hadn’t been cleaned, & overall wasn’t the best job. The neighborhood was very quiet as you weren’t allowed any music outside, so be sure to make note of that when booking.

Great Getaway

Wonderful house. Clean and close to all the attractions, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Pool and spa were amazing. We are thinking about renting it again! Also, the property manager was very helpful.

Really extraordinary home and yard

Perfect management company and a fantastic super well equipped clean higher end home with 3 great bedrooms each with a private patio plus a sparkling pool, hot tub, and fire table. Views of the mountains and adorable hummingbirds added to the zen experience. Definitely will be back!

Very nice well appointed house.

Great house. Don’t know that we’d stay again as the constant strong wind in that part of Palm Springs was an unwelcome surprise. It dramatically reduced our ability to enjoy the pool and outdoor areas. IIt was impossible to even have an umbrella to shield from the sun due to the wind. Very nice house. Support from mgmt team was excellent.

This house has everything!

Stayed here for a week with my fiancé, parents, and brother to treat my family with a little getaway. The house is amazing! The kitchen has literally everything you’d ever need to cook anything. The house was clean, and immaculately styled. The check in and check out process was so easy. Thank you so much for allowing me to spend some much needed quality family time at this little oasis!

Palm Springs retreat was just that!

Great property. Came with plenty of towels, toiletry items, kitchen items like pans, cook ware, flat ware, plates, bowls, pool ware and pool floats. Well maintained, AC worked great, and pool was refreshing. Spa heats quickly. Quiet neighborhood, great get away for my wife and I.

Just Right!

We had an amazing stay at this property and it was perfect for our two and a half week stay in Palm Springs. The house accommodated are changing needs, my wife and I and then visits by my mother (so great for 3 adults) and then our daughter and grandchildren (great for kids). It was very well laid out, spacious, had everything you need for an enjoyable stay and for cooking at home when you wanted. There were some plumbing issues but the property managers were amazing. Very responsive and super friendly and accommodating. The location was great as it was close to everything and a wonderful home base. There is some wind and air traffic, but these were small things in considering how wonderful the space is. Looks just like in the pictures!!

Perfect getaway

I take an annual vacation in Palm Springs and this year I stayed a little over two weeks at this property. It is quiet, relaxing, and well appointed. We are home chefs and we were pleased at how well the kitchen was outfitted. Pool heat was perfect! We didn't want to leave, it felt like we were home!

Awesome house and Location

My family of 5 had an awesome 6 days in Palm Springs. The house was incredible. We were in the hot tube and pool several times a day when we were not out hiking or downtown. We visited Big Bear (1.5 hr drive) one day, did the Ladder Canyon Hike one day, did several local trails and enjoyed the downtown area. The living space is excellent. We cooked almost every night in the spacious kitchen and enjoyed the gas fire place in the morning and night. The view from the pool area is unbelievable. You are looking right at San Jacinto and at night can watch the tram going up and down. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can.

Palm Springs Modern Home in Quiet Neighborhood with Amazing Amenities

We rented this house for the pool & hot tub and it did not disappoint. It has amazing views of the mountains as well. You can just sit there and soak up the views and sun all day long! This house has it all. The backyard is the initial draw with the pool, hot tub, fire pit and BBQ. However, the kitchen on the inside is stocked with whatever you could possibly want. Coffee however you want it - french press, Kuerig, or traditional coffee pot. Pretty much any type of kitchen appliance and/or gadget you could imagine is there. Dishes and serving ware for inside and out. All the bedrooms are separate from each other - no contiguous walls - great for families or couples weekends. Depending what you are looking for, the location is great! It is on a quiet street, not too close to downtown but close enough to drive in a few minutes. Very close to the best grocery story in town. Near the airport. Just down the street from the tram (which you can see going up and down the mountain at night). The day we arrived we were greeted by Jonathan. Both Jonathan & Scott from the rental company were very professional and helpful, on the occasion that we needed to call them, were prompt in assisting us/resolving any concerns we had. We understand this house is new to the owner and VRBO and that is why it doesn't have a lot of reviews. We would stay here again.
