This place is an amazing retreat. Walking distance to a wonderful park, plenty of space in the back yard, the pool and front yard are just as you would imagine from the pictures. The inside has plenty of space to gather and to retreat when you need a little peace.Gabriel is a very warm and responsive host. We felt like his top priority was us. Looking forward to our return.

Family getaway

Our family of four stayed here for spring break. Home is near the airport and a nice park for the kids. Pool is on the smaller side but works for a young family. Great communication from the owner. If we could change one thing it would be the flowers from the tree that managed to overtake the pool no matter how many times we skimmed it.

A lovely time at this Mid-Century Retreat

Can’t say enough good things about the property. Beautiful outdoor private pool space with shade and cooling misters- check, outdoor bar-b-que area for the perfect meal- check, Living room with open kitchen, large screen entertainment and comfortable seating- check Nicely done mid century remodel. Large park nearby for dog walking. Excellent communication from host Clean premises. There was a little bit of airport noise, but we enjoyed the occasional plane takeoff, when lounging poolside. Really not an issue at all and we would be happy to return for another relaxing holiday!

Wedding weekend

Really great property. Perfect outdoor space. We didn’t have little kids but the pool looked great for paddling around in the wading area. Spacious and well appointed inside. We were at a wedding at Smoke Tree Ranch only 10 minutes away. Close to airport. No drawbacks here. Gabriel responded to questions immediately. Perfect stay. Much thanks!

Palm Springs long weekend

My husband and I stayed four nights at Gabriel's home and we could not have been more pleased. Extremely clean, well appointed, designed and decorated. Everything we expected and more with a mid-century modern vibe. It was 100 degrees plus, so having that beautiful outdoor space with the pool was the best part of our trip! Gabriel gave us suggestions for restaurants and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. If we visit again, this is where we're staying.

End of Summer Getaway

Quiet, clean, great location. Giant park short walking distance away. Our dog loved her walks. Great giant screen TV's in every room loaded wirh anything you would want to watch. Excellent entertainment outdoor areas front and back. Love the Cornhole! Perfect size pool tor floating, sunning and exercising. Would recommend and will book this properly again!

Perfect for us

We visited Palm Springs with our 2 kids (3.5 and 5.5) and 2 dogs to see cousins who were going to a wedding and staying at another rental a few blocks away. The house was perfect for us. Walking distance to a playground, great outdoor space, bedrooms for everyone and a nice kitchen/living area. Gabriel was very responsive when a minor issue arose and attended to it immediately (the thermostat was locked so the heat wouldn’t work). It's outside the main downtown area but we didn't mind since we were trying to stay close to family. We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!!

Not satisfied

Although the process and communication with the property manager was excellent, the property was a big disappointment. The floors and rugs and outdoor furniture were not clean. In fact, the floors were dirty. There was only one lounge chair by the pool for five guests. The location was not good. Far from the center of Palm Springs and not appropriate for tourist guests. The garbage cans were right in front of the living room door. The gate to the pool equipment banged constantly when it was windy and didn't lock. The pool was very very small. The property looks very different in the online photos. For the price, it was really disappointing.

A perfect fit for our family

This place worked perfectly for our family of five adults and a toddler. The neighborhood is very quiet, other than the airplanes from the nearby airport, but that’s not intrusive and it’s only during the day. Beds were very comfortable, hot water was plentiful, and the two separate outdoor spaces were safe, enclosed, and well equipped. Our only problem was an oven that smoked so much that it set off the smoke alarms, but that’s because the previous renters left a mess in there. Demuth Park is a short walk away, with playgrounds, jogging paths, and very popular pickle ball. Thanks, Gabriel. We hope to return!

Outdoor living!

If you love to live outside, this property is for you. It was the perfect spot for our Galentine’s Vacation including 2 kiddos. The house was a short drive to beautiful hiking spots and to downtown in order to check out local shops/food. There was also a local park within walking distance if traveling with small children which was an added bonus for us. Gabriel was a short message away and made our stay easy from beginning to end.

Wonderful stay

Amazing property. LOTS of room in a clean and cozy decorated house! Gabriel was incredibly easy to communicate with and super quick to reply when we had a flight cancellation and had to notify of our arrival change. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to have a pleasant and relaxing stay. Unfortunately the weather was 60 and rainy but the pool was SO nice and honestly we would come back just to experience it in its glory in warm weather.
