Great Palm Springs Stay

We loved our stay and would return. House was beautiful and clean. Pool was a bit dirty when we arrived but it was exceptionally windy and they had it serviced the next day. Spa was well heated and clean. Owners were very responsive. Short drive to pretty much everything in town and located in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

As Good As Advertised

Perfect place to stay in Palm Springs. We loved the home and the pool. The house was clean and well stocked. Would definitely go back. The location can't be beat.

Family rest holidays

We have spent a wonderful stay in this amazing property! The house is spacious, the furniture are high quality, the beds very comfortable. The size of the pool is really good but has salt water....even if vacasa told me is fresh chlorinated water. I only can highly recommend this house if you want to spend a wonderful and relaxing holidays.

Lovely home in nice neighborhood

I really enjoyed staying at this house, it had everything we needed. Tastefully and simply furnished, comfortable beds, lovely outside and easy into town. Would stay here again

Relaxing getaway!

This property was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The management company was very communicative and helpful, we had some troubles with the Jacuzzi but it was taken care of immediately. We would stay here again!

Palm Springs get away.

Check-in was easy. Communication with the host was excellent. Any minor issues that we had were handled properly. Location was conveniently located to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool area very private. Beds were very comfortable. Very nice vacation for the four of us.

Palm Springs house

The house is great, and just as advertised. My only negative feedback is with Turnkey as a management company. This is the first time I’ve had turnkey as the manager of a vrbo, for other vrbo properties I rent in Palm Springs I have dealt directly with the owner. I found some differences in this style of management that were frustrating, for example, at one point I had text strings going with 4 different numbers. One women texted who was responsible only for getting us to sign the good neighbor contract. Other numbers dealt with questions I had on a late checkout, another dealt with maintenance issues, it got a bit annoying. The ice maker did not work in the freezer, we asked for a bag of ice as we had 6 people, a person brought it and said she already new it didn’t work and that there was no plan to fix it. This seemed odd given that the house is expensive, and holds 6 people, 3 ice cube trays aren’t sufficient. There also was no ‘fire clicker’ which you need for the indoor fireplace, out door fire pit, and the bbq. We were told by text several times to keep looking in the kitchen drawers, and we kept responding that the only one there was out of butane, a staff person finally brought one but by then we’d sent someone to the store as we needed to light the bbq for dinner. There was also only two rolls of toilet paper for each of the two bathrooms, not really enough for 5 nights and 6 women. In the house instructions it says they leave you ‘starter’ supplies of TP, paper towels, shampoo, etc. and then it’s up to you to re-supply. I understand that with paper towels, etc., but TP? That seems odd. The house is lovely, the cleaners do a great job. I think the turnkey staff are fine but they’re like Uber drivers, you see them once and then never again. Someone else shows up. I think turnkey is just too anonymous for me.

Beautiful property

We highly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and the pool/hot tub area is amazing! Bathrooms could use a bit of updating, but were still very clean and nice. Highly recommend staying here!

Charming house & great pool!

The house was spotless. Pool was fantastic. Any issues we had were addressed immediately & easily. While the neighborhood is very quiet - The neighbors were doing some construction work the entire time - so that made it a little noisy.

Perfect Mid-century Modern Experience

Bravo to the rehab on this home. Flawless outdoor/indoor living with a modern touch. Good beds. Great location for walks- 15mins to the dog park. Close to yummy downtown restaurants for Covid takeaways. Our family loved our time in this dessert treasure. Times and days for pool cleaning and yard work did vary.

Very Nice and Highly Recommended

I had a very enjoyable stay. The house was comfortable and exactly as described online. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the rest of the outdoor space. The house is very conveniently located to downtown and the airport, but also on a nice quiet street. I would definitely stay here again

Great for a long weekend!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend. It was really important to us in choosing a place to stay that it felt safe and clean, and this home delivered on both. The house was as described -- kitchen fully stocked with just about anything you could think of, beds were very comfortable, fully fenced in and huge yard, which our dog loved. We didn't have any issues with the Wifi or Roku TVs working, as some other reviewers have mentioned. We also thought this place was a great value in comparison to some other properties in LA, and the location was great. While we'd stay somewhere else next time just for a change of pace, this home was perfect for our trip!

Perfect pandemic escape

My husband and I were looking for a place to celebrate our anniversary, and escape from our daily routine working from home in LA. This house was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked and organized and clean (only exception is the refrigerator had a lingering fish smell that wouldn’t permanently disappear), the bedrooms were clean and welcoming with plenty of space to store our things, and the pool, hot tub, and backyard were the perfect space to unwind. I only wish we had more time there — during our 8 day stay, we overlapped with a local fire, that unfortunately affected the air quality, so we couldn’t be in the yard every single day — but the days when the air quality was healthy, we enjoyed every moment we could outdoors. Thanks also to the management company and the cleaning service for accommodating the extra time Sunday before check out, to make up for the lost time from the fire. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay, Fantasic Property
