We will be back again, our second time here and it was just as we experienced it the first time. Very clean, organized, excellent communication from manager and smooth check in/out. Love this place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely and it met all our needs. Fortunately, the weather was perfect, so the pool and hot tub were used frequently. Whenever there was an issue, Robert, the manager was super attentive and quick to accommodate. We adored our stay at PS chill and built some great memories!

Great stay, great property

Two couples, one dog, a very lovely stay. We would absolutely book this house again. The owners were very thoughtful in their layout, labeling, and how the home was stocked - which was fully! We had everything we needed and had a lovely, relaxing, easy time.

Perfect for our girls weekend!

We had an amazing stay. This home had everything we needed. Incredible outdoor space and views. Easy into town for food and fun. We are already thinking about planning our return.

Great central location for hiking and visiting

The house is well-equipped and comfortable. Communications with owner and property manager were great. The house and yard were very comfortable and we found everything we needed. It's also nice to stay in a house with local architecture to put you in the mood!

The place was bright, tidy, and clean. Property manager was very helpful in preparing us for a successful stay and was easy to reach. Love how spacious the backyard is and love the large pool! Overall had a very relaxing time. Would definitely come back!

Great stay! The house was nice and provided everything. Quiet neighborhood. Only complaint I would have is the sprinklers turning on every few hours and getting everything wet while we were trying to enjoy the backyard.

We stayed for a week over Christmas. PS Chill was exactly as described in the property description and recent reviews. Clean, quiet, private, and fully and thoughtfully furnished. Pool and spa worked great during the cool December days and cooler evenings. Property management was accessible and helpful. Highly recommend PS Chill for chilling in Palm Springs.

Great Palm Springs Property

The house was magnificent - clean, modern, and loved the outdoor space - hot tub, pool and fire pit. The house was also great for our 2 dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions or needed assistance with the grill or hot tub.

We loved it!

Quiet, and off the beaten path. Very private. Just what we needed for a few days of relaxation. The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. Management was very responsive to all our questions. We especially loved the pool, jacuzzi, and layout of the home. If you’re into architecture, the neighborhood is lovely with all mid-century modern homes. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House

My wife and I stayed recently at Ps Chill. This house is well decorated clean and taken care of. The pool and hot tub where great especially with the wall of greenery surrounding the back yard it felt like you were in your own private oasis. It was really easy to get to downtown maybe a 8 min drive. Easy access to the airport and you get to watch plans take off hanging out in the pool. Would definitely rent this house again.

Bright and cheery!

The house has lots of natural light and the kitchen is perfectly stocked! The linens on the beds are fantastic and the backyard was great! The pool was a bit cool for our liking given the weather and the hot water heater makes a popping sounds after you run hot water but overall it was a great house for two “ladies” celebrating their birthdays and long friendship!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool and hot tub were excellent and easy to switch heat back and forth. The location is very convenient to major arteries to downtown and freeway. Only 5 min drive to airport so lots of air traffic starting first thing in the morning. We enjoyed watching the action, however some may find it loud and not ideal. The rental company was very responsive and I would definitely use them again for another vacation.

The property description and photos were accurate, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the host was very communicative and helpful for check-in, check-out and any Palm Springs related questions we had. Bonus points for the labels on kitchen cabinets and drawers!We spent most of our time outside in the yard, enjoying the pool and hot tub. The yard is very private and made for an excellent place to relax. Would definitely recommend PS Chill!

Great Palm Springs Getaway!

The property was just as the pictures showed. Inside was sunny, bright and clean in all rooms which is a plus because we've stayed at a lot of places where the pictures are good but when you get there the rooms are very dark and dreary. I've got a bad back and the beds were super comfortable with nice pillows and quilts. The kitchen was nice and open and allowed all 4 of us to be in it at the same time prepping and snacking! We spent many hours in the back yard just bobbing around in the pool, the hot tub was great too but the weather was so hot when we were there that we found it was a bit warm for us so we stayed in the pool instead. Nice quiet area with easy access to just about everything you might need, shopping, restaurants, etc. Overall clean comfortable house with a nice back yard and the property managers were great too! The reason for only 4 stars and not 5 was because the only complaint that I could have was that the outside furniture was terribly uncomfortable to sit on, the chaise lounges didn't have any cushions and were like laying or sitting on a plank. The patio chairs, although they looked cool were uncomfortable to sit on for any amount of time too. I get it though that with rental properties there is a lot of wear and tear on all the furniture, inside and out so owners sometimes choose durability over comfort. It wasn't that big a deal though and we made do. We would for sure come back here again. It would be nice if the owners could cut down all the dead trees in the back yard so the view would be nicer, at this point I don't think they're going to recover, a dead tree is a dead tree.

Triple digit heat during our visit, so the cool pool temperature was welcome. Delicious limes from the lime trees in the back yard made wickedly good mojitos and margaritas. The very private yard and outdoor shower were fantastic. The PS Relax folks were wonderful to work with. Would definitely rent again!

The backyard is a fabulous place to lounge during the day. And we found all of the beds very comfortable! Will be back again!
