Ten days of bliss! This home has everything. I love the management company (second stay with them) so nice, professional and efficient.PS Groovy is fabulous for relaxing in the sun or shade, a morning jacuzzi with a brilliant sunrise, and is a quick drive to downtown.I’m already dreaming of my next trip!

Perfect!

This property meets all of our needs! It is beautiful, has gorgeous mountain views, plenty of space, the pool is nicely heated and the hot tub is perfection! The firepit is beautiful and puts off a nice warm fire! We loved using it in the evening after dinner. The area is great - there is a park nearby and plenty of good places to take a walk. My friend and I visit PS every year and this property is one of our favorites. It has everything we want, and the property manager is easy to work with, super nice, and makes the whole vacation experience relaxing and simple - he was there if we needed him. We really appreciate everything this property has to offer and can't wait to stay here again!

Palm Springs

Great house, good set up but it’s not as spacious or roomie as it looks. No garage, very thin walls. And tiny rooms. The separate casita was great. We followed all the noise ordinance rules and kept all music sounds indoors after 10pm, but had some guest relaxing in the jacuzzi at night time with music INDOORS. No warnings or texts or a call or anything prior to the city showing up so we received an excessive fine and were evicted after one night. They clearly wanted to set an example rom my group and take all of our money and not be reasonable or talk about the situation and come to an agreement or anything at all. They said we could have guests over and have them stop by on the flow and come and go and I guess the city can fine you for people parking on the public street for a couple hours while they visit the house. They gave us an hour or so to all leave and were very very rude to us. We simply just needed a place to sleep for the next 2 nights and were more than willing to over satisfy their expectations and demands but were not accepting of our politeness and cooperation. They also said they would keep all of the money for the services not re dates after kicking us out. There were multiple solutions and opportunities to at least reach out to me and our group prior to showing up and evicting us and fining us and they took none of them if you’re going to rent from them expect to not enjoy the pool of bbq or have guests over indoors without getting evicTed.

Amazing spring break

The yard and pool were amazing - we spent so many fun hours in the pool and spa . Clean and beautifully laid out . Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make dinners for our 2 families. Brad the host/ property manager was so friendly and helpful. What a wonderful experience. We will be back ! Nice location and beautiful home & yard

We loved the house and had an amazing time exploring Palm Springs, Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella Valley. Just a heads up to future renters, there is no music allowed to be played outside. We didn't dig far enough into the rules and regulations of Palm Springs or on the home site. Would we have played music, yes, but we did okay without it. Management company was awesome. We had an infant so they raised the temperature of pool immediately upon our request. Our only issue, is that the house needed a deep cleaning. Saw left over toys and trash under bed and floors could have been cleaner.

The pool and hot tub were great. The furniture and linens were quite warn and disappointing. Washer/Dryer appeared very old. Peeling paint and clocks that did not work were also disappointing.

Great family reunion!

Nice house with a perfect Palm Springs vibe! Our entire family(8) had a wonderful time. We swam 5 out of 7 days, what a treat in December! Palm Springs was loved by all!

BEAUTIFUL Outdoor space!!

Every year, 7 of us moms come together to Palm Springs to escape life! We barely leave the house so it's always important that we stay somewhere with a well-stocked kitchen, a beautiful backyard space and comfortable sleeping quarters. This house hit the mark on all of our expectations! The backyard had so many places to bask in the sun, eat meals together and just chill. The pool got plenty of sun from sunrise to sunset (this was super important to us). Even those who wanted shade, there were plenty of areas in the yard for that. The pool deck and pool were super spacious for all 7 of us to hangout comfortably. The access to the inside from the pool area was really convenient. The outside misters were also perfect for the pool deck for the 100 degree days! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, eat and make drinks. Lots of utensils, spices, dishes. Even little things like ziplock bags and plenty of garbage bags made all the difference. The sleeping areas were comfortable and perfect for our party size. I would say if you plan to spend a lot of time inside, it would feel small for a bigger party. But outside was most important to us (we ate all meals outside and spent all day/night outside). Gregg was the best property manager - super responsive and seemed to really care that we were enjoying our stay. The function of the property was top notch - everything worked and was easy to use!! The ease of check in/out was amazing. We weren't required to do much in terms of checkout (start dishes and take out garbage and that's it!) which meant the ending of our trip was super easy and we could enjoy the last morning of sun before our flight. Thank you for everything!!

Amazing home

What a great property for our crew of 8! 4 adults, a teen and 3 boys under 10 plus our tiny chihuahua. The property never felt small even in the unseasonably cold weather we had. Pool and hot tub were at perfect temps for the kids and adults alike. The 19th hole in the backyard provided literal hours of fun for the guys and boys. House was well stocked and well appointed everything is labeled in kitchen! Every bed was comfy including linens and pillows. I would recommend your heaviest sleepers for the casita as the solar panels were noisy with the changing temps. Location was excellent the street quiet. We all didn’t want to leave and would certainly stay here again.

Super Groovy!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a great escape into the mid-mod world of P.S. Groovy! By far the best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had in Palm Springs. I was traveling with my twenty-something kids & their friends. We all loved the jacuzzi, large heated & lighted pool, misters and waterfall features. The backyard is the star of the show! Plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, daybeds, tabletop bar with seating, fire-pit with seating. The small putting green was used by all the kids! The house was super clean, decorated in mid century modern theme and had a full set of martini shakers on the bar cart! Extra cool window features with electronic sun shades that drop down and black out shades too. Kitchen was fully stocked with labels on drawers and cabinets. This was a very helpful time-saver! Loved having the detached casita for our guests who snore...😂 The neighborhood was super chill with a great view of Mt. San Jacinto. Definitely will be back in 2022!

Madmen Meets Groovy Life - Incredible place!

This place is amazing. The house is perfect for 3-4 couples or a large family. The décor is super cool, and the pool and hot-tub are great. There are even misters for those really hot days, and a pool fountain. The owners are very attentive to any requests, and the place has all of the amenities you need. Our entire group (4 couples) loved it, and we will definitely be back!

Relaxing oasis perfectly appointed

Perfect for an extended pandemic getaway

The property and property company were great! Pictures represent the property really well. There was plenty of room for our group of six to spread out. The casita was great for our parents and their dog, leaving the main house for my sister, myself, our partners, and our small dogs. The yard is perfect - pool is good sized and there is enough grass to play a yard game. The property company was very responsive and quick to respond via text. We would definitely visit this house again in the future.

Great property, needs some updating

Great property. Pool area was super and exactly what we expected. Appliances need some tlc/ updating. Grill needs to be replaced - no way to gauge the temperature as 2 of 3 built-in thermometers weren't working and numbers weren't legible on the knobs. Inside the house, the stove markings around the knobs are worn off so you can't read the numbers. The dishwasher is falling apart and needs to be replaced

Great Yard

My husband enjoyed the hot tub and warmed pool daily. We did use the fire pit a few times but frequently had winds that made it difficult to sit outside. Also without heaters by the dinning table we could not eat outside during our stay, February and March. The 4 bedrooms had comfortable beds and room for storage when we had weekend guests. The casita worked perfectly for my Mother to have quiet and privacy. The kitchen was small but well stocked. Lastly the management was great and responded quickly to any issues we had during our stay. We love Palm Springs and this house fit all our needs and our guests all loved their visit at P.S. Groovy.

Girls Retreat

Overall we had a great time, the pool died when we were there but they had someone out to fix it the same day. Everyone was very pleasant to work with . Pictures make it look a little larger than it is, (mainly kitchen is tight for multiple people) but worked for the 4 of us. Great location.

Great house! Awesome outdoor area!

We stayed for a week at this wonderful place! It was very clean, the outdoor space was amazing. The misters around the perimeter of the outdoor space ARE AWESOME! highly recommend this house. The neighborhood was quiet and super cute! Five stars!
