One of the best vacation homes I've rented. The pictures accurately reflect the condition of property. Great home. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Nice location. Communication with the owner we great. I highly recommend this place.

This property is 10!! Great location, nice open kitchen, comfortable beds, fluffy towels and a great layout of the house. The backyard: pool, hot tub, BBQ, table and lounge chairs are perfection. Matt, the host is very accommodating and great to work with. His list of recommendations were spot on! We spent 8 days/7 nights here over Thanksgiving, a beautiful time to be PS. An easy walk to downtown Palm Springs too.

Just Great!

Matt and his Team were great and checked in during our stay to insure all was good - we truly enjoyed the pool and living space and kitchen - friends enjoyed the area close to casino and Palm Springs downtown

Perfect stay!

Matt is a phenomenal host. In all of our travels, I don’t think we’ve ever had a more accommodating host. We loved his extensive recommendations. The house was well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. The house was beautiful and cozy and everything was easy to figure out. Our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Heavenly yard/pool

We gathered with family from 3 states for a week long stay. The double masters were terrific. The private pool, patio, yard were a total delight and made the trip. Beautiful landscaping front throughout. Some of the furnishings and appliances were less than 5 star. But the overall experience and value were great. We appreciated the exceptional thoughtfulness and availability of the owner and property manager - these guys were wonderful and Matt's recommendations helped us to make the most of our PS visit.

Gorgeous home, perfect hosts and a wonderful vacation with friends!

What a beautiful home!! I have stayed in Palm Springs several times and this home tops the list. The pool is huge and immaculate. The beds are great. We loved cooking and eating outdoors and tried out a few of Matt’s recommendations. We will be back!! Thank you again for sharing your lovely home. Excellent location too!

The BEST Mom Weekend!!!!

We have 7 moms looking to escape and just relax for a weekend and this place was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Matt allowed us early check in and Sergio was on property when we arrived to show us everything we needed to know. The house was immaculate and SO comfortable. Everything is thought of. There were plenty of chairs around the pool, tons of towels, the pool was a perfect temperature, the jacuzzi was so pleasant in the evening, the garage has pool floats and lots of games to pick from. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. We are already talking about returning!!! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!

A Million Stars Vacation

It was a fantastic experience staying at Matt's Palm Springs vacation home and I wish I could award it a million stars. From the easy, professional, and courteous communications with Matt, the owner, and Sergio, the property manager, to the beauty of the mid century modern home and pool, to the bonus of having every single amenity one could think of already stocked in the kitchen, and last but not least the gorgeous mountain view and the lovely lemon tree in the yard. Our family had a serene stay and just what we needed for a spring break. This is our second time staying and we will definitely be back.

Outstanding Host and Property

I traveled with my spouse and adult children to Palm Springs for some r and r. The home was as advertised--beautiful pool in a secluded residential setting close to eveything. Matt, the host, was incredibly helpful and accomodating. The property was well-appointed. We loved our stay and were very sad to leave. Highly recommend!

Wonderful House

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at the house. The pool area is among the best of the houses we have rented in Palm Springs. The house was clean, well provisioned, and in a very convenient location. The beds were comfortable & the property manager was very helpful.

Great family get together in Palm Springs

The house was awesome with a big pool/hot tub, outdoor area and kitchen/living room. We loved the house and the location worked out well. Matthew gave a number of great recommendations and made sure pool was heated and everything was in order for our stay. Would definitely come back!

Amazing Service

We loved staying here! Matt was very easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine at check in and that there was someone there to greet us. The backyard and pool were amazing! Will definitely be staying here again.

Matt is the most proactive and responsive host I’ve dealt with in numerous A and V rentals over the years. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and checked in with us often to make sure there were no problems. The property is terrific — the highlight is obviously the private backyard with the pool, hot tub, grill, and pool lounge chairs. The photos do a good job of representing the property, and the location is also great — a short drive (less than 10 minutes) to downtown Palm Springs. Overall we had a great vacation, and would happily rent this property again.
