We very much enjoyed our stay - the location is fantastic and the house is beautiful and very well kept. We stayed with our two teenage daughters and loved hanging by the pool in the daytime, and watching movies in the cozy living room in the evenings. All amenities are top notch and the home is very well equipped. The property managers were great and very responsive. We highly recommend this property - you will be in great hands!

Both Kenny and Josh were very communicative and responsive. Josh met us at the home and walked us through everything. The home had a great outdoor space that we thoroughly enjoyed.The kitchen was the most equipped VRBO kitchen I have stayed in!Our only complaint was that our stay was too short!! We will definitely be back!

Amazing home that is better than the pictures. Perfect for “quiet” (strong emphasis) guests; or a small group retreat of 3-4 couples (if allowable). Plenty of room and amenities. The decor, furnishings, and landscaping are excellent. Close to a lot of retail etc. cons: pool not heated to comfort; lots of arrival, stay and closeout requirements; and zero tolerance of noise outside.

This was a wonderful place to spend a family vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped for all our family meals. The pool and spa were a highlight on those hot Palm Springs afternoons.

Wonderful stay

The home is very nice and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! I wish I knew what kind of mattress it is. The house is decorated very nicely, very spacious. Three of the bedrooms are on one side of the house and the master bedroom, which is huge, is on the other end of the house. All bedrooms have their own full bath.It was nice to have John at the house when I arrived to show me around. He also gave me restaurant recommendations and a map for Joshua Tree which was really cool and I’m so glad I went there. It was nice they provided paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry detergent and softener. There was also travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in case you forgot your own. I felt very comfortable and safe in this home. It was a nice quiet neighborhood on a dead end next to a golf course. The only noise was work being done in the neighborhood like landscaping which I couldn’t hear from inside the house. The pool and hot tub are amazing! So relaxing. They provide pool towels and loungers for the pool along with noodles. The air conditioning worked great and it was very hot while I was there. I loved the home and even after 10 days I didn’t want to leave. I was able to park my car in the garage which was much appreciated because of the hot sun. Both Kenny and John are so accommodating. I definitely will stay in this home if I ever visit Palm Springs again! Thank you Kenny and John.

Incredible home, super comfortable stay

We loved the four rooms/4 baths - it’s the reason our group of 4 couples stayed here instead of a hotel. Everything was very clean, comfortable, stylish, and luxurious. We cooked one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and spa were beautiful and we used them every day. The only issue was slight spotty WiFi but it’s the entire neighborhood, and didn’t cause us any issues. Would absolutely stay here again (or move in permanently) .

Kitchen is well equipped with very nice dishes, glasses, cookware, ect. We enjoyed hanging in the pool. John the manager came right over when we had trouble putting the hot tub on. Front yard views are amazing. Just note, one room does not have a TV. I wish Palm Spring would allow outdoor quiet music. We sure missed having music outside. We truly enjoyed the house.

Perfection!

Modern and comfortable! Great communication between guest and property manager. Beautifully decorated and spacious with a great outdoor space with excellent seating. The pool and hot tub are very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The Best Escape Spot - Wonderful Home

Our family of 5 stayed here over spring break, and absolutely loved the property and location. The pool/spa was heated and ready to go for us upon arrival and we loved seeing all the hummingbirds in the backyard. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and all the kitchen supplies and high-end appliances. Each bedroom had very comfortable beds and adjoining private bathrooms which made our stay amazing. The property is in perfect condition, and the home was so welcoming with is cleanliness and thoughtful decor. We were 3 minutes away from Indian Canyon golf and hikes, 25 min from the Areal Tram, and had a 1 hour drive to Joshua Tree National Park. We highly recommend this home and hope to return again as a family!

Amazing time at Haven House

The property is gorgeous, inside and out. The pictures are accurate, but really don't do it justice. The neighborhood is quiet with great views, easy access to hiking, and all the necessities within a few minutes drive. A quick drive to all of Palm Springs' great restaurants as well. The house is well appointed, with a great kitchen (we love to cook), beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, and several places to sit and relax. The backyard was great - we had lemons, grapefruit, and clementines from the trees, the pool and hot tub were so relaxing, the fire pit got lots of use, and we enjoyed being out of the sun on the covered patio. We were also treated to a hummingbird hatching eggs right in the chandelier outside the kitchen window. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how helpful and courteous our contact, John, was while we were there. Minor issues were immediately addressed, he had great recommendations (the Ace Hardware is not to be missed and lots of ideas for food), and was always a text away. We will definitely use Dry Heat Resorts again for our travel to Palm Springs, and hope that Haven House is available next year when we want to come.

We *loved* this house!

If you are looking for a great house for 6-8 adults, this is it. Our group had two couples and two individuals, and the four bedroom (all ensuite!) layout was perfect. The rooms were all beautifully appointed with comfy beds, so no one had to take the "lesser" room. The kitchen was well stocked, spacious and terrific for cooking and baking. And the heated pool...we spent literally hours out there each day. Kenny was also terrific; he was responsive and easy to coordinate with. We visit Palm Springs every year and will definitely rebook this house.

Amazing home!

We had a fabulous trip to Palm Springs and really enjoyed the property. It was very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was incredibly stocked; there were also lots of linens and extra towels. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was lovely. Kenny was amazing and accommodating - excellent communication and very helpful! We will 100% be back!

Beautiful Home

A peaceful, quiet neighborhood in Andrés Hills with a beautiful pool and patio area. Location has easy access to the airport, hiking, golf. A tour of the house and a quick tutorial was provided upon our arrival by Kenny. We definitely recommend this property.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property. The house was decorated so beautifully. The rooms were so spacious and the beds were so comfortable! Lifelong high school friends girls trip

This beautiful home is everything and more than we were expecting based on the listing on VRBO. The location was minutes from the center of town which made getting around very convenient. The check-in process was seamless, having the property manager Kenny there to walk us through all of the operations of the home was very helpful. The home was spotless from top to bottom, inside and out. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for meal prep, etc. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud and the linens were high quality. The pool and spa were exceptional, the perfect space to relax and unwind from our daily life. I would highly recommend this property and would book it again in a heartbeat. We all hated to leave and are hoping to come back someday soon.

PERFECT GOLF AND SPA GETAWAY

This VRBO home has the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen! The pictures don’t lie—this home is very spacious, It was perfect for our family of eight to spend a long weekend of golf in the dry heat of the Palm Springs desert oasis. I would not recommend it for young children but for grown children and their spouses it’s perfect. For meals in there is an abundance of serving dishes, platters, carafes, pitchers, storage containers, plates, silverware, cups, glasses, thermal mugs for a large crowd. There are melamine plates for the pool area and plastic cups and wine glasses as well. The pool and spa are both heated and run on an automated system that is easy to customize with help from the property host. The grill is connected to a gas line so no worries about running out of gas in the middle of grilling for a crowd. The home is close to a grocery and delivery of groceries and food from nearby restaurants is smooth and easy. The neighborhood is the quietest we’ve ever seen so mornings and evenings are pure bliss. One side of the back yard has citrus trees with blooms that fill the air with a wonderful scent, provide oranges and lemons and keep the hummingbirds active and so much fun to watch! One morning the girls wanted spa treatments so we called a local in-home spa service Beauty and Spa On The Go whose owner, Eve brought a team of ladies that gave everyone massages, reflexology, pedicures and facials. I highly recommend this VRBO!
