This is a very special home. The house was clean, the pool was well maintained. Best of all, a grape fruit tree in the back yard. I would recommend this property to anyone. I also want to mention how quiet it was.

Host was very welcoming and helpful. House is iconic mid-century... Interior fixtures and furnishings created a cohesive design vibe. The backyard is fantastic! The landscaping, pool/spa, and patio all wonderful, beautifully designed and maintained. The yard is very private and relaxing. The neighboring homes and surrounding area is classic mid-century "Alexander".

We had a really nice girls’ trip at Peri’s place! She was communicative from the beginning -sending us tips and great restaurant recommendations! Check in and out were seamless. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The location was central and felt close to great shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed and hope to come back again next year!!

First time visiting Palm Springs. The neighborhood was close to downtown. We walked a lot. My husband hiked every morning. We loved the architecture and brightness of the home. The backyard was private, great pool and hot tub. Peri and the concierge were always available. We didn’t have a car. We’ll be back to explore more.

This house was perfect for us, a family of 4 with two kids aged 9 & 11. We found the location excellent, great to explore the neighbourhood on foot, with shopping and downtown a very short drive. The house was an ideal place to return for some pool time in the heat of the day, after a hike in the morning and an adventure in the evening. The host and concierge were both super-friendly and welcoming and made the visit even more special.

What an awesome property! We had a great time here. The day of check in, I called the property manager to let them know we were in town early. We had a car full of stuff including food and two dogs and we were worried about how we were going to kill two hours until our check in. Matt let us onto the property early and saved our food and helped us by getting out of the sun. It was a great experience. I was also greeted by the property owner, Peri, and they were great as well. The combined communication between them made us feel at home. The backyard with the pool made it feel as if I was in my own private resort. The rooms are a nice size for all three. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you might need for a short or long stay in Palm Springs. The house is located real close to downtown PS. The neighborhood is really quiet. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Matt and Peri for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property!

A gem of a mid-century home!

My family rented this lovely house while our (adult) kids attended the Coachella festival. We all loved the location, the comfy beds, and the swimming pool/hot tub. We also brought our two dogs, and they enjoyed running around in the yard, there was so much space and it was very secure so I never worried about them getting out. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, and we loved our sunset walks looking at all the gorgeous architecture. A perfect Palm Springs getaway!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We were very impressed with the house and pool. The location is excellent, close to downtown and in a nice quiet neighborhood. When at the house we spent most of our time in the pool and relaxing at the patio table. The grapefruit tree was an added bonus! Both Peri and Bob were excellent hosts. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing week! The house was perfect for my family of 4. The location was close to everything and it was great to come back in the afternoon or evening to spend time out in the back or in the pool/hot tub. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful haven in Palm Springs

We absolutely loved our time in this home! Quiet location, private backyard, well-equipped kitchen, amazing hot tub and just a short walk into downtown Palm Springs. It was great to be able to walk to dinner and shopping. My husband loved the proximity to local tennis courts. Overall, wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

This is your Palm Springs MCM destination! 5 stars!

The house, amenities, pool, spa, atmosphere ... all simply lovely. The location and neighborhood ... quiet and convenient. Peri is an amazing host. When the main tv went out the day before Super Bowl Sunday, she had it replaced the next day in time for the game, and with a larger set! Stellar communication. Responsive, friendly, sincere, and great tips for the local scene. Bob (concierge) was also super helpful and friendly. Fitting in with the PS lifestyle, the backyard is a private oasis, day and evening. Fun bonus is the backyard grapefruit tree with abundant, ripe fruit. We created a delicious grapefruit spritz for our signature cocktail during our stay. If you are looking for an authentic PS getaway, this is your place. We will be back for sure!

Winter break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa every day. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many shops and restaurants. Great communication from the owner and concierge. Would definitely stay here again!
