BEWARE! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY! Where do I begin? First off, we rented this property from Friday through Monday. We checked in Friday for our stay and by Saturday at 530 pm we were ticketed 500 and asked to leave the property with no where else to stay. Luckily we found another property and were not stranded without a place to stay. We were approached Saturday afternoon by a knock at the door and there was a city of Palm Springs citation officer standing at the door asking for my ID. I asked why as we had just gotten home from being gone all day and he said so he can write a ticket for 500 for a noise violation. He said a neighbor called and said we had been playing loud music all day and we were not even home at all that day. I called and asked for an Acme representative to show up in hopes that they could help us and the Acme representative was very rude and offered no help (inside job?). After arguing the fact that it was completely false accusations, I gave my ID to the guy and he wrote the 500 ticket. Then, after that was finalized they said we had 1 hour to leave the house. I mean actual eviction? It was so absurd and the citation officer actually mentioned that the neighbors around the property hate rentals and do not want them and if the property gets 3 citations they are no longer allowed to rent the property. Sounds fishy. Long story short, save yourself the frustration and find another property to rent!

Pretty disappointing experience here. Basically, our overall enjoyment was compromised by immediate, relentless noise complaints from the neighbors. On the first day, we received a written reminder regarding a "minor noise complaint." Despite assurances that there was zero music (indoors or out), shouting, or noise, the persistence of the complaints created anxiety about incurring a 500 violation fee. So, we ended up abandoning the use of the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ for the remainder of our stay. We spent thousands for a vacation rental rich with outdoor amenities, only to stay indoors or speak in near-whispers outside. The outdoor area was basically unusable and ruined the vacation experience we paid for. Essentially, don't stay here if you plan to have fun outdoors. If you do, make sure to whisper.

Lemon Twist Ladies . . . Childhood friends gathering!!

Childhood friends for life (known each other over 45trs) who FINALLY decided to take a trip together . . . And we are SO glad we chose Lemon Twist!!The house was just as described and we loved the theme throughout the entire house! Clean and well outfitted, the only feedback/complaint we had was that there were stains on all the bedding and some furniture . . . everything else was so nice that this really “stuck out”. Because of the awesome “theme”, we all brought “era” outfits to dress up and take pictures at the house with!! The property management was quick to respond to any questions or concerns!!! The property we found out is for sale and I hope it stays as a vrbo rental as it was just the most amazing place to stay!!

Great location for family gathering. Clean and fun! Great outdoor space! Shower nozzle in laundry room needs adjusting to prevent spraying. Short drive to downtown. Enjoyed morning walks to the park.

Amazing place!

Lemon Twist was exactly as advertised, a really lovely (and large) home in the perfect location for exploring Palm Springs. All amenities were perfect, and it was so wonderful that we ended up cancelling our dinner reservations, so that we could better enjoy the wonderful yard, grill, and hot tub! We would absolutely stay here again!

Luxury and comfortable all at once

Great layout and amazing outdoor space - we used it all - lounging around the pool, swimming, soaking in the hot tube, outdoor dining, outdoor bar & bbq, fire pit and serious putting competitions ! All of the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed! We even got ice cream delivered across the street daily (ice cream truck stops every day after school).

Great spot for a girls trip

The house was well stocked and we had a lot of fun with the outdoor amenities. The beds were also very comfortable which isn't always a given. The hosts were very hospitable, we loved the gifted coffee and wine! The location is convenient to downtown PS and ubers were easy and affordable. I would absolutely book again!

New Year's Getaway

The Lemon Twist is an incredible place to stay - whether for a family reunion or friend's getaway. Everything about the house was wonderful - beds, kitchen, so many seating areas, etc. Outdoor space was incredible as well! No complaints at all about our experience here or with the company.

The lemon twist house was awesome, and had plenty of room for four adults and four kids. Great pool and yard. The host was extremely easy to deal with and made the stay super easy. Would definitely search them out again if in the area.

Sunshine and Lemons

This is a nice home with a killer back yard! Even though it was a bit cool, we loved the pool, spa, and the flame table. Great space to BBQ and the putting green was a kick. The house is appropriately furnished with two fireplaces which came in handy, given the chilly nights. The kitchen was adequately provisioned. The coffee maker didn't work the first morning and the replacement the next day was busted as well, but ACME, the property manager was great about responding and delivered to us on day three a brand new one. The location is handy to downtown if you're a walker. The only drawback we noted was the traffic noise. The house is on a busy street and two of the bedrooms are on the street side. We got used to it fairly quickly and given the beds and pillows were so comfortable, everyone slept fine. Fun place for a family.

Perfect Holiday Getaway!

Wonderful location for our family holiday gathering! Lots of space for comfort, relaxation, and family togetherness and the backyard is absolutely amazing! Acme was easy to work with and seamless check in. We felt right at home and hated to leave - can't wait to come back and would definitely rent Lemon Twist again.

Twins turn 30

The lemon twist was the perfect house for our family celebration. The kitchen was very well appointed as well as being decorated to perfection with a mid century vibe and very cool wallpaper. All four bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds and blankets. Plenty of towels. The outside was a playground onto itself with a wonderful hot tub and pool, cornhole, putting green and lovely bar and bbq with plenty of outdoor seating. I would love to go back when the weather is a bit warmer. It was perfect for our hiking day.

Fabulous adventure even during the heat wave

Fabulous adventure, even during the heat wave! Check in was a breeze at Lemon Twist. Everyone loved the home from children to teenagers to adults. Plenty of space to relax and escape the heat inside or lounge by the pool under the shade. Super close to downtown Palm Springs, highly recommended for everyone.
