Home away from home

Lovely lovely lovely stay!

Comfortable, clean, well stocked dog friendly home. Great communication with the manager who clearly wants you to have a great time. Sent us hike and restaurant info. Very kind! Fruit trees in yard that had delicious citrus! Pool could be heated warmer but still lovely and relaxing!! Some minor wear and tear, not a deterrent to stay or enjoyment! One of the bedrooms is on the other side of house which is great if you have in-laws or someone is an early riser. Minor noise pollution comparable to all other places we have stayed at in PS, (small town with airport!). No airplane noise at night. Would stay again!

Wonderful property and property manager

This was such a beautiful property! Steve was fabulous to work with. We had a large group staying at the house and we ran out of a few household items and Steve dropped them by no problem! He was always a text away and made our stay so wonderful! The pool and house were very clean. The house is comfortable and has everything you could need. I can’t recommend Steve and this property enough!!

Girls Weekend

My friends and I had an incredible time staying in Mike’s home. The house is spacious and absolutely adorable. Steve was a total delight, he checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond even allowing me to enter a few hours before checkin to settle in and decorate a bit before my girlfriends friends arrived with our mommy to be. We all live in far off parts of the country and with life pulling us in so many directions and our mommy to be having her hands full for a little while, we decided to have a girls weekend to hold us over until we can all come together again. Originally we consider staying in a hotel but we are so glad we went this route. Everyone had their own bed (would not have happened in a hotel at this price) we had our pool and hot tub to ourselves which again would not have happened in a hotel. Steve was very informative and kindly showed us how to operate everything in the pool and in the house. The kitchen was well stocked. It was perfect. We will most definitely be returning and I will be recommending this home to all of my friends who visit Palm Springs.

Great birthday stay!

This is a great place to stay with a responsive and helpful host. My friends and I had a lot of fun, but just wish we could maintain the hot tub temperature ourselves. I’d recommend this beautiful house!

Great Vacation!

We stayed at this house rental during the Thanksgiving Week 2021. Mike was very nice and responsive via text/call throughout the stay. The house is well maintained, had lots of pool/bath towels, enough for everyone. The only thing we had difficulty is to warm up the pool. Mike did try to help us but we had issues throughout the stay and it does not seem to never warm up enough. The kids were shivering (still went into the pool because they are kids…) everyday being in the pool and it was hard to watch after paying $490 total to heat up the pool for the entire stay. Since that was our main activity it was a little disappointing. We were comfortable with the rest of the house and the house had beautiful fruit trees in the backyard.

Best Birthday Getaway Ever!

Very nice curb appeal and walking in the front door I knew we'd made the right choice. Great layout, well stocked kitchen with table and four chairs plus three barstools, four TV's, and dining room table that seats 8. Beautiful pool with all sorts of toys! The owner was a phone call away when we needed help with the pool/spa heat. We'd like to visit again.

Would highly recommend

We had such a great time at this property. It started with a thorough check-in walk through on the phone with Mike. He even left us a coupon for a local coffee shop we used our last morning which everyone loved. The kitchen (and whole house) was wonderfully stocked, and we had everything we needed to cook dinner in one night. The house was very clean and had great decor. The airport was only 10 minutes away. During the stay we never drove more than 3 miles to get where we needed to go. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a weekend away

The house was just as described and even cleaner than expected. Mike was responsive and easy to communicate with. Perfect for more than 1 family and our kids loved the bunk beds and the pool.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

This was a beautiful property with all of the amenities. Michael, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had, which was fantastic. There were plenty of linens and towels, great TV set up, fully functional gorgeous kitchen, and plenty of chairs, lounge chairs and floats for the pools. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay

My friends and I truly enjoyed this staycation. The property was really nice, the owner Mike was really accessible via the phone, messaging, and texts. It had everything we needed. Great aesthetics for our pictures and close to town. Would highly recommend!

Cute Cute Cute!

The house is decorated super cute! There was plenty room for myself and 7 friends! The beds were comfortable. Mike was very quick to respond to my messages and made accommodations for us to check in early and check out late without any problems at all. The only con is that the back master bedroom was very hot the first night but Mike did make adjustments to cool the room down and had a fan in the closet. I didn’t like not being able to control the temperature myself but was able to text Mike and he adjusted the temperature for me. The master bedroom could use black out curtains, just a thought:)

Perfect stay!

My friends and I had a great time in Palm Springs and loved this house so much that we ended up spending the majority of our time here. The check in process was so easy and Mike was so kind and helpful. The house is decorated so cute and had everything we needed. Having the pool was a huge plus and being only 5 minutes from town was also great! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Large well maintained house with nice pool area.

House was very nicely decorated and had spacious rooms. The kitchen was very well equipped. Pool is nice size and jacuzzi too. Outdoor area was beautiful with a large orange and grapefruit tree. Mike the manager was very friendly and helpful.
