This is our second year in a row staying at this wonderful property. We plan to stay again next year. The house is great, the pool and hot tub are amazing and the outdoor fireplace and ambience is perfect. The host communicates extremely well. We have stayed in this neighborhood Now at least once a year sometimes twice a year for almost the past 10 years and this is our favorite house. Thank you for letting us stay!

This house is wonderful! We stayed for five days for a special family get together of 7 adults. There’s lots of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, an amazing pool area with various seating options and a glorious view of the mountains. And the host is very welcoming and accommodating. They place exceeded our expectations - which were already high - and we can’t wait to stay again!

Annual family Palm Springs trip

We had the absolute best time at this beautiful home. It was so perfect. The grounds were amazing and the host was outstanding in communication. We have stayed in Palm Springs for multiple years with our family and this was our favorite home. We can’t wait to come back again!

Fabulous Property!

Group of 6 ladies had an incredible 4 day weekend at this property. It's exactly as presented, super clean, location is amazing and views are spectacular.Host was responsive and gave some great recommendations as well as being flexible when possible.Of all my vacation rental experiences this one was THE best.

Wedding Weekend

Well appointed home in a prime location nestled at the base of the San Jacinto Mountain range. It has all the amenities one needs to ensure a spectacular Palm Springs getaway. The outdoor shower, tub, and sauna were added bonuses. Thank you Margaret and Marshall, we'll see you soon.

Second stay and still the best

Just returned from our second stay and can't wait to return for a third! Home is still one of the best we've stayed in located in the best neighborhood in Palm Springs. My kids enjoyed evening walks on the quiet street and obviously the amazing pool. Hosts and caretaker are great very friendly. Book it and you won't regret !

Great House in a Great Neighborhood!

We loved our stay at 1055 N. Rose--the house is nicely decorated (we loved the frame tv!), the kitchen well-stocked, the outdoor space is large and well-appointed, and view of the mountains from inside and out is just beautiful! We used the salt water pool and spa almost every day-a great way to end the day. Great walking neighborhood and easy walk to downtown Palm Springs. The owner was very responsive to the one small issue that arose-replaced the item overnight. Highly recommend.

Palm Springs Awesomeness!

Stay here! First a little background--we stay in 3-4 VRBO per year for the last 5 years. This is the nicest we have stayed in. The neighborhood is awesome! The house is very clean and very nicely decorated. We hit the hot tub and fire pit every night and unfortunately did not make it to the outside bath tub or sauna. The house is as it is pictured! Oh, and what I thought was a piece of art above the fireplace is a huge TV. Marshall gave us a great tour of the place and Margaret was an awesome host. Again I say---stay here!

Our kids keep thanking us!

We have stayed at many properties with our two sons. Our family has grown to include two daughters-in-law and two grandsons. Our needs keep changing, and finding the right house can be challenging. The Palm Springs area is a favorite of ours. We decided to try the Las Palmas neighborhood for a change. It's quiet and pristine, with incredible homes and architecture. What a house! It accommodated us perfectly. The house is well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Every bedroom has a king-size bed. That isn't easy to find. We really felt at home. The backyard is outstanding. It can be tough to find a pool with a spa in this area (since that wasn't a thing in the 1950s). Our family loves the spa and the pool. It also has a beautiful firepit and pergola area. We brought our bikes and went downtown a lot (you can also walk). You'll find many neighbors walking the neighborhood throughout the day. The Property Manager, Marshall, is very helpful and accessible. The owner, Margaret, is a great communicator and attentive to her guest's needs. We thank you, and our kids thank you! It's apparent that this property was their favorite!

Wonderful Stay - Relaxing and Had it All

Friends Vacation for 8

This property is absolutely stunning, no surprises, it's exactly as in the photos. Plenty of room inside and outside for a group of 8 adults. A well equipped kitchen. It's approximately a 30 min walk to the main strip of Palm Springs. Margaret is a fantastic owner and very quick to reply to text. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Amazing house for a ladies weekend!

This house is gorgeous and an amazing location and view! Great spaces to hang out inside and out. The pool is bigger than the pictures make it. Everything was super clean, stylish, and organized. Plenty of towels, lounge chairs/seating options, and comfortable beds. Property manager and home owner were both super responsive and accommodating. We had an amazing time and I would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous house with incredible views

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host and property manager were very communicative and the check-in and checkout was seamless. Our flight arrived early and they were already waiting for us. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The mountains are so close and gorgeous pool and hot tub. We had plenty of space for 8 of us, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs. The property is less than 10 minutes from downtown with lots of restaurants and shops. We had one small issue that was dealt with immediately by the property manager. They were very good at communicating and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again, thank you!
