A great home to enjoy PS. Fantastic view of the valley, including multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy the weather. You won’t want to leave the pool and spa area. House design allows outside views to come inside. Kitchen a bit dated, but quite functional. We will definitely return.

Wonderful property, well-designed and clean. Private pool and hot tub were amazing, views incredible. Location was perfect - very private but still very easy to pop downtown and be there in about 5 minutes. Loved it.

As always our stay at Hilltop Haven was five star! The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. Property mgmt Acme were very responsive providing clear and concise communication. They called shortly after arrival to check in to insure all our needs were met. We look forward to our next stay at Hilltop Javen.

Overall I loved this location! It was up the hill with some of the most amazing Palm Springs views. I would absolutely stay here again. The list of good things is so very large (the view, space, ammenities, pool hot tub, tv, showers, kitchen. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to light the bonfire in the back yard. The driveway is pretty steep and takes some practice to feel comfortable.

Perfect home for family of 4, great view of the valley and relaxing pool. This isn’t a pool you can dive into, it’s more of a dipping pool which was fine for us since all we did was mostly float around 😊

Nice property. Great management company. Could use a few updates. Kitchen and bathrooms are dated. The check in process was awesome and the the people really nice. Construction a few doors down was every day. It was nice, just not one of the highlight properties I’ve stayed at in Palm Springs. Again, great people but not as nice as I was hoping.

Perfect location for our 25th wedding anniversary! Beautiful deck area with a view, a quiet neighborhood close to the activities we wanted to do. Property managers were very quick to respond. We would stay here again!

As the owner of a vacation rental retreat in Canada, I had an eye on every aspect of the experience to know if I could learn something new. I was very pleased to find the standards of the management group and owner match mine. Everything about this property is perfect for vacationing in Palm Springs. The location, amenities, furniture, linens and views and management team exceeded our expectations. There were days we stayed home all day because we had all we need at the house. Our only regret was having to leave.

My spouse and I really enjoy this property - we are repeat visitors. The location is great, the house is spacious and has so many amenities, the property managers are responsive and great to work with. When we visit Palm Springs again we'll stay here.

We loved our stay at Hilltop Haven! Loved the vibe of the property, very well equipped with everything we needed, also really enjoyed the grapefruit and lemons from the trees outside. The only minor inconveniences were getting what seemed like many remotes and codes figured out for the front gates and garage doors, took us a few tries until we could open the front gate without the garage door also opening lol. Also, the hot tub was sporadic in that sometimes it would heat up and sometimes just would not! We initially texted and didn't get a response, then called, someone was supposed to come out to look at it, not sure if they did or not because we were out when they were supposed to be there. Overall, a fantastic stay, absolutely gorgeous location, definitely would recommend.

The property in Chino Canyon offered us a mid century modern space where we could retreat and relax after long days of exploring around the dessert. Most of the time was spent around the pool area, lounging in the comfortable sun beds. There are many signs warning of noise regulations so we were saddened not to be able to listen to music for fear of getting a violation. We weren’t able to get the fire pit to work, and we were stuck outside the gate upon arrival for a while due to the lock box not working. Minor things over all and didn’t overshadow our love for this gem of a place. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

OLD , LOTS OF THINGS DID'NT WORK , THE GUEST INFORMATION BOOK NEED'S A LOT OF UPDATING !! ONE NICE THING WAS THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH FOR A FEE TO EXTEND CHECK-OUT AS IT'S NORMALLY 10:00 A.M. & OUR FLIGHT WAS NOT UNTIL 7:30 P.M. SO LATE CHECK -OUT WAS GREAT AS WE DID'NT HAVE TO FIND A TON OF THING'S TO DO TO KILL TIME !!

For a few days, it was nice. Several things need updating though. 1. The cabinetry is old. 2. There is an opening somewhere in the house because we had a constant stream of flies that needed to be killed. In the first two days, I killed 7 of them. 3. The couch is not comfortable at all. 4. There is no kleenex in any of the bathrooms.
