So many highlights. Great mid century quiet neighborhood so close to downtown and the airport but no airplane noise! House is fun. The backyard is the show stopper, plus three spacious en suites and another bed/bath. Nicely equipped kitchen and HUGe TV in main room. Solid WiFi and stunning view. Plus the owners were so gracious and responsive. Highly recommend.

House was laid out nicely, clean, well -equipped kitchen plus close to airport. The reason I gave a 4 is that the grill & firepit have to be set up by tenant by buying propane for use. That was unexpected and not acceptable. If it’s advertised then expected to be there fully equipped for use.

Our stay at the Havana House was excellent. The location is ideal (close to both the airport and downtown Palm Springs) so renting a car was optional for us. Edan and Karen were wonderful hosts; whenever I had a question, their responses were prompt and clear.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying time by the pool. We especially loved the Baja pool shelf and the umbrellas installed directly in the pool, so we could stay shaded without ever leaving the water. Mornings were a highlight—having coffee by the pool and enjoying breakfast at the covered outdoor picnic table with its great view of the mountains was such a treat.The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms spacious, and the entire home was well-maintained. Loved our time in Palm Springs!

Great house for a relaxing family trip

The house was perfect for 7 of us. The neighborhood was really nice and a short uber ride to downtown. The pool and outdoor area is amazing, we really enjoyed the pool during the day and relaxing in the backyard at night. We will definitely rent this house again when we come back to Palm Springs!

We stayed for about five weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had different friends and family come throughout the stay. The 4 bedeooms and 4 baths worked perfectly!The few questions we had and one issue with the pool were all taken care of immediately. Edan and Karen checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well. We enjoyed the fruit trees throughout our stay - such an added bonus!Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great house for couples as there were 3 king beds with en-suite bathrooms, an additional bedroom and a full bath in the hall. The decor fit in perfectly with the Palm Springs modernist vibe and the pool and grounds were delightful. Perfect location—the house is 5-10 minutes from the airport and all the best restaurants in town and very accessible to great hiking

The house was great, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We had 3 adults and three young kids. The pool is perfect, and the fruit trees are the cherry on top. Communication was great. Everything was as listed, we hope to stay here again.
