Clark was a first class host, super responsive to my messages. His home is just beautiful filled with art and excellent furnishings. It’s on a great location close to shopping and downtown Palm Springs. Highly recommended.

This was an absolutely beautiful home. In addition to being clean and spacious, the unique artwork was beautiful curated and added so much to the enjoyment of the house. We only used the spa, but it was clean and just right for three people. It was a little too chilly to use the pool.The home is close to many amenities (Smoktree Plaza) and our favorite restaurants (533 Fusion, Oceans, and the Rooster and the Pig). This may be the nicest and most interesting house that we have stayed in iour five years of spending a winter week in Palm Springs, and we would go back again in a minute. The host/owner was very responsive to the few questions that we had.

We had an excellent experience and our host, Clark, was "Johnny on the spot" with answering questions!!This place, was by far, the best place we ever stayed at...anywhere......it was spectacular from the moment we pulled in the driveway and walked through the front door...it was very clean, spacious and comfortable...there was nothing lacking in the home and everyone had a wonderful time...too bad the weather wasn't warmer so we could have utilized the gorgeous pool...we did sit on the deck daily and soaked up what little sun there was...we also enjoyed the fresh picked grapefruit from the backyard tree daily with our breakfast...We would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking to stay in Palm Springs...and if we do ever go back, we know where we will stay!!! A

Palm Beach Perfection

This is the perfect property for your Palm Beach vacation. We cannot wait to return. Our visit was during July where temps exceeded 100 degrees each day. AC always kept us comfortable. The pool was cool and refreshing each day and we loved using it each afternoon. Outdoor seating is great for your entire party and you will be delighted by the hummingbird visits each morning and afternoon. The beds are very comfortable, beach towels are provided for the pool and bathroom linen are plush. The Kitchen is great with everything we needed. The added considerations by our host like a black towel for makeup, Ralph’s card on key chain for grocery store and full spice rack are just a few of the extras. We also loved that the garage held our full size SUV. The beauty of the house and furnishings will not disappoint and even better than the pictures. Communication with the host Clark is the best. He is responsive and gives you all the information you need, even recommendations on traveling from LAX. Looking forward to returning soon. Best VRBO ever!

The Perfect Location

We love south Palm Springs (PS) and the Indian Canyon neighborhood. Avid golfers, the Indian Canyons golf course is minutes away. Shopping was also close by and frankly just a hop into PS downtown. There was great hiking close to the house also which we always take advantage. The house had everything we needed and worked perfectly for the 2 of us. Yes, it was much larger than we needed but, the timing worked out great for us. All bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms and would be perfect for a larger group. Well appointed and interesting artwork throughout. It came with an amazing selection of reading material and you could snuggle in for an enjoyable afternoon of reading. The pool and hot tub were great and the pool bot kept the pool the cleanest of all the houses we ever rented. The one downside of the home was construction ongoing with the neighboring house. That is just a timing issue and for the most part the noise was manageable. Would we stay here again? Definitely and working with our host Clark was a breeze. Thanks again for a perfect stay!!

Great place for a golf weekend

This place is absolutely perfect to stay for a weekend in Palm Springs. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood and plenty of space for our group. We stayed here for a friends getaway golf trip and had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend it.

Relaxing few days in Palm Springs

We were a small group who enjoyed this house for a few days. It would be perfect for 3 couples with each bedroom having an attached bathroom. The house was very clean. The pool was wonderful. Clarke was easy and quick to communicate with although we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Heavenly . . . really

Clark and Mike are first rate hosts, and their home exceeded all expectations. The furnishings are attractive, the kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable -- and the pool and back garden are wonderful. The neighborhood is pleasant and very quiet and within a short walk to a grocery store and a couple of quite good restaurants. We really loved our time there.

Relaxing and peaceful

We had a great time in Palm Springs and at the Solar House. The heated spa was perfect for the evenings. We were able to enjoy meals at this spot while being a short distance from local stores and the downtown area.

Stylish Large MCM Home In Central Location

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for a week. We were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The disposable amenities will start you off but I suggest you bring additional TP, bath soap, shampoo/ conditioner. You'll love it there.

Wonderful house and great host

The house is large, in perfect condition, fully equipped and decorated with art throughout. The pool and outdoor space is very private and very nice. The den was great for our family to watch a movie together. The host is very attentive but not at all intrusive. (For instance, one of the bedroom TVs was not connected--not a big deal. The host insisted on having the cable company check all the TVs, but only at our convenience.) The neighborhood is very quiet and very nice for a walk in the morning or evening. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Beautiful house, great neighbourhood and great host

Everything was perfect. Beautiful house in the beautiful location. Close to grocery, downtown. You can see from there Bob Hopes house on the hill. I would recommend this house to anyone who really wants the best vacation, pool, whirlpool, garden, privacy, everything you want for your vacation is there.

Very thoughtfully managed

The property is imacculate, the location is unbeatable, and what elevates it even further is that the owners have clearly thought through and prepared for how people will actually live in the space. For example, light switches are labeled so you know what does what, towels are right by the door to the pool, you won't have to search. Check in was probably the clearest I've experienced even with minimal direct contact with the owners (not a complaint, they've set it up so you don't really need them, though they're only a text away). The house decor is also pretty phenomenal. Just a fantastic, easy experience in an amazing, Luxury place.
