Curt and Nichole were great hosts! I primarily communicated with Curt and really appreciated how easy it was to get our stay organized. Every message was so friendly and informative. The house was amazing! We had 3 couples and it accommodated everyone really well. From extra beds (for anyone that needed to escape a snoring husband ), to separate spaces for when you needed a break, to an awesome game room (basketball was a nightly competition) and an incredible heated pool and hot tub that we enjoyed everyday. It had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation and a much needed break from the bitter cold of Vermont. Palm Springs was such a fun place to visit and we really enjoyed walking around and exploring the neighborhoods, restaurants, and shops. We would highly recommend staying at Curt and Nichole's. It has everything you could possibly want! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us

This was one of our best family vacations in recent memory! The hosts are top-notch, and were wonderful to work with. The kitchen is well appointed and comfortable to work in. The gathering spaces are warm and welcoming, beds comfortable and bedrooms great sized. Each room is well appointed! Finally, what can I say about the game room? It was a game changer! We had a bit of a rainy time there, and it was enjoyed by the whole family, lots of laughter, lots of memories. A hosts, house manager, location, and property leading to an outstanding stay in Palm Springs. Many thanks!

This home is absolutely amazing and made our family vacation! It’s conveniently located close to the airport and downtown but tucked away enough in a beautiful neighborhood to be peaceful and private. The accommodations were high-end, spacious, and filled with all the little luxury amenities that made our stay feel special. The private pool and hot tub made for some relaxing moments, and the game room in the garage really put the whole experience over the top for added fun! The hosts and house manager provided exceptional, white-glove service from start to finish and made the place feel like our own. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our comfort.This home was worth every single penny. We would return in a heartbeat!

It was a beautiful home! Between the pool, game room etc. we pretty much stayed at the home for our 10 day trip. It was a perfect place to celebrate my 70th birthday, with family and friends. The stay from start to finish was all I imagined and more. I highly recommend this home!

Absolutely fabulous property! Would book 100% again. Didn’t want to leave the home as it had everything you would possible want/need for a relaxing vacation! The pool and hot tub were amazing, kitchen, game room, on suite bathrooms for every room- just FABULOUS!!!! Wonderful communication and easy check in and check out! All you could want in a vacation

This home gives you everything you could want for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. The kitchen is stocked (and organized) for the cooking expertise and beverage likes of everyone. It is big enough for three cooks to work together, and the range/oven easily handled the meal needs of our eight adults, plus there is the gas grill by the pool. The pool and spa are perfect all through the day and evening. The en suites provide privacy and quiet. The game room is not just fun for kids, every age will enjoy it. The outdoor dining adjacent to the kitchen is the crowning touch. Our entire family (10), including the two infants enjoyed every moment of our 6 days. Our host, Curt, and the manager, Allan, were always responsive and friendly. You could sense they truly wanted you to enjoy the home and wanted to help make that happen.

Beautiful Home in Palm Springs

Our family had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful Palm Springs property. The home was stunning, thoughtfully stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The host was outstanding—responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The kids were thrilled with the arcade room, pool table, and of course, the pool! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we really appreciated having shampoo and conditioner provided in each shower.The outdoor space felt like a private resort—we especially enjoyed the grill and spacious dining table, which made meals with our group extra special.This is hands down the best vacation rental our family has ever stayed at, and we can’t wait to return!

Great week of relaxing in the sun!

We booked this property so that we could relax and enjoy the sunshine without feeling like we needed to leave each day like one does with the condo rental. We had our family of 4 plus our friends’ family of three and everyone had their own space. Kids had plenty to do at the house between the game room, the swimming pool, and pool table. The kitchen had just about every appliance and tool we could ever need. A big bonus was the privacy, we couldn’t hear the neighbors and as far as I know, they couldn’t hear us. Lastly, we enjoyed the proximity to town, walking each day to our gym, or driving and parking at the free parking garage in town.

Camino Relaxo

The property was very private and the home was gorgeous and spacious. Our two grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the arcade and pool. The five adults enjoyed the privacy of the accommodations and the appointments throughout. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy enough to permit adults to work together on meal and bar prep. The location of the home protected it from the wind and was very close to the Palm Springs restaurants and attractions. All in all, a superb find.

Amazing house!

Loved this property! Not only is it beautiful and HUGE, but it’s also very comfortable. We had a 4 yo and 18 month old with us and they had a blast! Having a travel crib, plus a high chair, plus a stroller, plus toys to play with was so convenient. And the optional gate around the pool allowed us to let our kids run free!

Exceeded Expectations

My wife, along with our three sons/spouses and one 10 mo old grandchild spent a week. Everything was perfect. The communication. The check in. The location. The rooms. The pool. The wonderfully equipped kitchen. The outside dining table. The game room. The feeling of "home." I could go on! After a day out hiking or walking downtown, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. Some house rentals are just that...utilitarian spaces you rent to sleep. This was a warm home with a resort feel. We joked that we need to track down the hosts' other rental units because we know they will also be amazing. Our family couldnt say enough about our time in Palm Springs.

Short of calling this an all-inclusive resort, you could not ask for a nicer home to stay in, whatever the reason might be. We were celebrating my niece's 40th, and I doubt we could have found a better venue to make her feel as special as she is. We will most definitely visit again!!! The owners were absolutely fabulous to work with, and other than the USC gear throughout the house, (yes, I am a Bruin!!) I could not have been happier with our choice!recommend this place

Great Thanksgiving

Amazing property with amenities that kept the tweens/teens and adults entertained the entire trip. Check in and communication was amazing before during and at checkout. House was a great location and walking distance to some great restaurants that we love in palm springs. Overall 10/10 would rent again.

Fabulous Home!

We feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful, comfortable, and fun house in which to stay for our Palm Springs get away. The pool/ spa was so lovely and private. The game room was a huge hit with our family. The owners and property manager were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this home, and hope to some day stay there again.

Great house in great location

This is a great house in a great location. We were 8 ladies and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house manager greeted us and explained everything. And the owner was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
