This house is set up beautifully. There are several comfortable gathering spots that can be both intimate or enjoyed by the group-outdoor fire pit, picnic table, poolside set up, couch to watch TV. Couldn't ask for a more welcoming home. Thanks.

Fantastic house and location

My friends and I had a 3-night getaway here and absolutely loved the house. The layout was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the space was beautifully appointed, even the backyard. We will definitely be back!

Perfect house and location

The house was very nice and well equipped. Exceptionally clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and cookware. The pool and spa were fantastic and very relaxing. Old town Palm Springs was only 5 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spring break getaway

We loved this house. Great quiet neighborhood, spacious, clean and well appointed. Lots of things to keep the kids entertained while the adults relax - heated pool, hot hot tub, fire pit, ping pong and corn hole, bbq, games and more! Close to the downtown and grocery stores. Check in and out was a breeze. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Oasis in the middle of Palm Springs

This property was very clean and well-appointed. The layout of the house is wonderful for a family. The living room flows into the dining area which faces an open kitchen and the spa-like backyard. We loved the jacuzzi, pool, and outdoor fireplace. It's a quite neighborhood within walking distance from town. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Perfect home & location!

We (5 girl friend's) decided to head to Palm Springs for a 40th birthday. In looking at the listing we knew this was the perfect rental for us and we couldn’t have been happier! From the comfort of the rooms, to the items in the kitchen & the perfect backyard we didn’t think it could get better….and then fell in love with the multiple orange trees and juicer. We enjoyed mimosas with fresh orange juice and were in heaven. You can’t go wrong with this location if you’re hoping to be close to downtown, grocery stores, Starbucks (:)) and driving distance to Joshua Tree Park & Indian Canyons.

Check in was perfect, the location was close to all that Palm Springs has to offer, the neighborhood was quiet. Acme was wonderfully responsive, we all loved the pool, spa, fire pit, and fruit trees. Not so much fun was that some of the stuff that was to be provided was not- salt and pepper, trash bags, and toilet paper. The most annoying thing was that the dishwasher did not work. A repairman, Alex, who was wonderful, came out and got it working, but it failed again the next day. Nonetheless we very much enjoyed our stay

Beautiful getaway!

Great spot to stay. Kitchen had all the things needed on a vacation. Master bedroom huge, shower great. Other 3 bedrooms were cool too. Loved the decorating. Close to downtown, a movie theater, and casino. Pool was like bath water in late June (lovely) and plenty areas to sit outside. Coming from Seattle, the heat was a LITTLE too much for us though - but we had a wonderful time!

Wonderful home in a great location

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The home was wonderful and the layout was fantastic! The amenities were great and the home management team was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this home!

Fab four - Fabtastic!

The place was fantastic! We loved the kitchen layout, with indoor and outdoor eating tables. Master was a lovely second place to lounge with coffee in the AM. Great proximity to all things we wanted to do (which was mainly hitting the pool and lounging around the fire table!)

Fabulous Time at the Fab Four

This mid-century modern beauty is in a great location, close to DT Palm Springs and the airport. Easy to communicate for checking in and checking out, the house was well stocked with cookware, drinkware and everything you need to have a great day in the pool/spa. The ‘good neighbour’ bylaw in Palm Springs is silly but manageable to still have a good time. Would recommend this place for a great vacation in the desert sun.

Perfect retreat!

This was the perfect retreat for our family of four + my parents. My parents were able to have the primary suite on one side of the house and our family took over the three bedrooms on the other side of the house. Loved everything about the backyard! Our kids played in the pool all day every day!

A good time was had by all ...

This is a great property for extended family! But, it would be nice to have more clear instructions to operate the pool and spa. Also, it would be nice to review the kitchen equipment. For example, there are too many mugs and not enough silverware. This is pretty minor and we had a wonderful time!

Perfect Family/Friends Get Away

This property was perfect - clean, comfortable, easy to get to; my husband, daughter, and I flew down from Seattle and had a couple friends and their kiddos drive from LA. Everyone had their own room/space and the relaxing pool time was much needed! Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular stay!

This house is just perfect for a friends' getaway! We had such a great time. Everything was super clean, luxurious. Definitely the best stocked vrbo I have ever been in. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub at night (under the stars), lounged around and had the perfect spot to explore Palm Springs from. I would LOVE to go back and spend some more time at this house! Don't hesitate to book this!!!! You will be very very very happy :)

Mini Resort

This property was beautiful and perfect for us. The backyard is a dream. We worked, relaxed, swam, and played ping pong. Enjoyed the culture within Palm Springs and the views are breathtaking. Be mindful of the noise ordinance.

THE best short term rentals I have ever stayed in!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Decorated beautifully, laid out in an amazing way. Amenities were awesome. Absolutely zero complaints and plan to stay again!Of note (this is NOT a house issue, this is a city of Palm Springs ordinance)- they have a zero tolerance policy for any noise outside the home in the backyard- speakers, yelling, anything- and it is serious. Please review before you rent, as this was a letdown as we were a group of women that would have loved to listen to our country music poolside.
