Thanksgiving Get Away

We had a wonderful stay! We were there for a week and it was so nice and peaceful. The property management was the best! We had a little pool issue and they resolved it right away with great communication and kindness. The place is set up beautifully and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property! We will be back in the spring. Thank you!

Birthday Trip

The pictures are an accurate representation of the house. It was great for 3 of us. The kitchen has everything one would need to do basic cooking. It is close to downtown. It is clean. The pool is great--I used it every day. I only wish the living room had a couple more seating options. At night, watching a movie together was a little tight and uncomfortable. I would (and probably will) reserve this house again.

Awesome well located home with gorgeous view and pool

The house is very well located close to downtown and close to highway axis. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They were clean and the heating of the pool and hot tub made it very nice for us. We used one or both every day. The view of the mountains from the pool was spectacular. We stayed when it had snowed at the top of the peaks and with the clouds lightly swirling around it was amazing. This home would easily sleep 6, but we stayed as a couple for our anniversary of 44 years. We only cooked a little and the needed supplies were all there. and all the appliances worked great. There is even a wine refridgerator.

Fantastic Palm Springs Home

We had an excellent time staying at this home over the winter holiday. Check-in and communication with the property management company was very easy. The home was clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We had all of the basics and plenty of kitchen cooking supplies. The pool and hot tub were top notch. We paid to have the pool heated as it was December. The kids played all day. View of the mountains was beautiful. We did not use the fire pit, but it looked nice. The location is near downtown Palm Springs- 1.5 mile walk/drive. It is a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet

We bring our dogs with us to Palm Springs over the 4th of July to get some peace and quiet. Our very urban Downtown Anaheim neighborhood is awful with illegal fireworks. Our dogs get very scared. Not 1 time in this wonderfully located property did we hear 1 firework. We got the best night sleeps in the very comfortable king size bed. Fans in every room help with keeping this perfectly appointed home comfortable. We cooked all our meals there with a bbq right outside the back door hooked upto natural gas. The ice maker could keep up with lots of drinks being made. Lots of beach towels are rolled up right at the back door. The saltwater pool is one of the best we have ever had at a PS vacation Rental. Long, with a beautiful spa. Great for swimming laps in the morning and floating in full sun all day.The lighting at night was georgous. There is no patio cover off the back of the house but they provided plenty of umbrellas. No prickly cactus in the backyard. Great for the pups. Artificial turf on the side of the house provided a clean place for our girls to go. Short drive to the shops and restaurants on Palm Canyon. We had friends come out for a couple night's. They said it was the best nights sleep for them also. Loved the simple modern decor. Can't say enough good things about this property. We will certainly be booking this house again!

Just what we were looking for! Ideal for our family consisting of Two grandparents, 2 adults, 1 teen

We decided to treat our granddaughter who was turning 13 and our daughter and son in law to join us on a short vacation while there was a school vacation break. We wanted a pool and this house had it and we all used the spa as soon as we arrived. We did have one very rainy day but we played games that day. Did a trip to Joshua Tree National Park one day. Did some shopping along Palm Canyon Drive. My daughter jogged almost each day and we took a short walk around the neighborhood one morning. 2 bedrooms have king size beds so the adults were comfortable and the smaller room had a queen size bed, perfect for our granddaughter. Using the TV was an adjustment for us, we are used to cable TV but we ended up finding a few of the TV shows we like. The house was well equipped with pots and pans, lots of silverware, towels, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. The only suggestion I have would be a Mat for the walk in shower as I felt the shower floor tile was a bit slippery. We live in Las Vegas so the travel time via automobile was about four hours each way. We recommend this home!

SCAM - Cold pool and poor communication from property manager

The house at the outset was perfect for what we needed. We have young kids, so we were looking forward to having pool time most of the time we were there. Here's what happened: 1. Tuesday—we prepaid for the pool heating ($75/day rather than the $50 that was listed in the Grand Welcome email. The operations manager, Jerry, urged us to pay early: "We heat the pool to a very comfortable 86 degrees and the spa to a very relaxing 102 degrees and the pool is heated when you arrive so you may start enjoying it immediately. The cost is $75 per day and if you plan on doing any swimming at all it is worth every penny! Please let us know by replying to this email as it takes 2 days for the pool to heat." I paid, and then sent a follow-up confirmation to Jerry which he acknowledged. 2. Thursday—We arrive to a 60degree pool and spa. Nothing was on. There must have been a wind storm, there was a chair cushion and vacuum in the pool. We had promised the kids we could jump right in, but THAT wasn't happening. I called the 1-800 phone number and they said they would contact the local team and text us. Never heard back from local team. There are no instructions to turn on the pool heat, so we called a poor woman who was helping us with the city ordinance bit of the check in. She said it would get warmer 2degrees per hour. UGH! 3. Friday—the pool guy shows up unannounced (great!) to clean pool and get garbage out. The pool has heated to 75 degrees and is still super cold for all of us 4. Saturday—pool is finally warm! We have a great pool day, UNTIL we are all in the shower before dinner and the water is shut off. There are guys in the front of the house who shut off the water main without notice. We are drenched and soapy for 20 minutes while they fix a leak. No warning! 5. Sunday—Follow up with the 1-800 number to get a partial refund for pool heating, and they don't respond but DO tell us that we have to set the pool at 85 degrees despite having no instruction about the pool whatsoever. They say they are sending someone to our house while we are out to adjust the temp. It gets set to 83 6. Monday—our last day, pool is warm and we are enjoying the sun. Our swimsuits are packed, so we are all naked in the back. Then, LEAF BLOWERS! The landscaping team comes into our backyard unannounced and do their work cleaning up despite that we are trying to enjoy a quiet morning. No warning. Then we notice a camera pointed at us all from the neighbor's house. STAY AWAY!
