The remodeled chef’s kitchen features a stunning marble island, breakfast bar with four barstools, breakfast nook overlooking the pool, premium Thermador appliances including a six-burner stovetop, wine refrigerator and abundant natural light. The dining room seats up to eight comfortably. The family room includes a large sectional, fireplace and 75 Inch TV. There is also a spacious formal living room that has two sofas and a 98 Inch TV with soundbar and base for streaming music. It`s like having your own movie theatre.

Each of the four bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The primary Suite offers a King size bed, 65 Inch TV, en suite bathroom, and private doors that open to the yard. Its large ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, large bathtub and oversized duel vanity. Guest bedroom one has a King bed and a 65 Inch TV. It shares access to a full bathroom with guest bedroom two, which is appointed with a King bed and a 60 Inch TV. Guest bedroom three features a Queen bed, 65` TV and its own private en suite bathroom. There is also a powder room conveniently located off the main living area.

Outdoor Music is Prohibited at Any Time Per Palm Springs City Ordinance.
A maximum of 8 people are allowed at the property overnight. An additional 2 children that are 12 or under are also allowed at the property overnight. An additional 4 people can be at the property during daytime hours. Daytime is defined as 10 am to 10 pm.
A maximum of four cars can be parked at the property at any given time.
Guests are responsible for any and all property damages during their stay.
