Palm Springs Condo

This property was in an ideal location: close to downtown casino, museums and restaurants. It had all the amenities and was a delight for my Indiana guests. The management responded to questions immediately. I would definitely stay again.

This property was very nice. Very clean. Had Everything we could have wanted. A little miscommunication about our door key code when we arrived, but the property manager answered the phone right away and gave us our code. We will be back one day to visit again.

Fun Palm Springs Trip

Condominium had wonderful location, an easy walk to downtown. We enjoyed the view of mountains from patio. Condominium was comfortable, clean and well supplied. The complex had two pools, and the one near our unit was very nice. Grounds were very well maintained. Secured parking near unit.

Location, Location, Location!

My husband and I recently spent 8 nights in the well-appointed Plaza Villa condo, which was located a few blocks from Downtown with restaurants, shops, museums and close to the Old Las Palmas neighborhood. We love walking in Palm Springs so the location was perfect for us. The condo was clean and as-advertised. The gated complex was extremely quiet with an older demographic. Noisy guests would not be comfortable. The property management team contacted us before arrival with detailed check-in information and after check-in to ensure we had everything we needed. We hope to return to Palm Springs next year and we plan to book through Acme.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our first time staying at Downtown Winner at Plaza Villas in Palm Springs. 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at a convenient location for us while attending the Palm Springs Film Festival for a week this month. We were given a wrong code to get into the complex, which was a bit frustrating, but after that, the only other minor issue was the water temperature was set at only slightly above lukewarm. After finding out the correct code, we enjoyed not having to deal with any keys. The condo was clean, in good working condition, and adequately appointed. Being seniors, we enjoyed how quiet it was. We slept well as a result. Overall, we would give this place a thumbs up.

Excellent Stay, beyond our expectations…

The location is excellent. The villa is quiet, clean, well appointed, roomy and very nice. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We loved it and will be back.

Great little place with excellent location

We greatly enjoyed this place located in walking distance to all the downtown restaurants and shops. The pools are great and we met lots of good people there. The condo itself is small and nothing to write home about from a design perspective, but was clean and had all the "gadgets". Would recommend.

A great place to relax and discover

Great place to stay when exploring the area. Desert life is interesting and complemented with luxuries of nearby amenities. Visit the art museum - it’s worth the time.

Excellent location.

Property was very conveniently located to downtown. Unit was well stocked and spotless. Grounds and pools were beautiful. Only problem was we were given wrong gate code and couldn't enter upon arrival. Additionally, once we got in the parking spot numbers were not in sequence and our number was illegible and there was also no signage to guide us to the unit. Very difficult check in after dark. After several calls to the Management co. we were able to get the right code and the stay went well. I would stay there again but would double check on the codes.

Nice condo facing Casino

We enjoyed staying in this property, and we found that Acme was highly professional in listing, describing, and maintaining the property. One potential drawback is that across the street from the condo is the back of the large casino, so at night, there were deliveries and large trucks maneuvering. This did create some noise. On the other hand, the location is ideal for walking into town and to the numerous restaurants and other attractions nearby. It is also a short drive to the Indian Canyons with beautiful hikes. The organization of the property and maintenance were ideal, and everything was in working order.

The location was great! Close to downtown to the restaurants and shops. My favorite thing was hanging out at pool. The complex landscaping was beautiful with lemon and grapefruit trees. We had one issue with the wifi. I called the manager and my issue was resolved very quickly. We enjoyed our Palm Springs trip and can't wait to come back again.
