Beautiful complex

This was our second time renting this condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. However, The master bedroom needs a new mattress. Both bathrooms need the shower drains cleaned. Rugs are in need of a deep clean. Tiny ants crawling on the kitchen counters. Pools are great, grounds are in immaculate condition and the location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping.

Very Comfortable on Beautiful Property

The unit was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager responded immediately to any questions we had. The grounds were extremely well manicured and the location to downtown was ideal. We stayed for five weeks and couldn’t have been more pleased. The bonus was the number of friendly people we met at the pool. We would definitely stay again.

Palm Springs condo

First time staying in Palm Springs. Enjoyed the great weather. The condo offers 2 very nice pools and a hot tub. Three days before check in we received the VRBO email “Here are the keys to your trip” that stated the codes for the gate and front door would be sent separately. Check in was at 4 pm however we had to request the codes. We did receive the house code but several requests for the gate code were unsuccessful and we were finally told to meet the host at the gate. It was very frustrating after a long travel day to not have this information provided even after repeated requests. The condo was as described on the website and is located in a great spot. It was relatively clean, however could use a little more attention when getting it ready for the next guest. For example, the coffee maker had a moldy coffee filter left in it, there was a cracked glass left in the cupboard , the propane tank was empty when we went to use it and the grill wasn’t very clean. The condo could use a deep cleaning, as it’s getting a bit ‘tired’ and showing wear. The kitchen cabinets/counter near the stove had some tiny little bugs. The house rules asked for the all the doors to be secured when leaving the condo, however the patio door off the bedroom would not stay closed and was almost impossible to lock. And as lovely as the complex was, it was disconcerting to have people going through the garage and recycle bins.

Great Vacation

We were very pleased with our condo and the property, it was in a great location and very clean and well furnished. We had to call the manager Robert a couple times with questions and he returned our calls immediately. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property.

Palm Springs Condo

Our stay was great. Only thing was showers had hair in drains and we had to clean them out when we got there. I thought cleaning staff would do this in between guests? I did message host but he never got back to me once we were in the condo.

Palm Springs condo

This condo was spacious and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals. Robert is very prompt with his communication. Check-in process is easy. Having a dedicated covered parking spot is appreciated in the Palm Springs heat. The complex is quiet (almost feels like a retirement village) and features 2 pools, 1 hot tub, a tennis court, and plenty of beautiful desert plants. About a 10 minute walk to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping. One minor criticism is the living room couch is not very comfortable.

Super location covered parking supplies were excellent dog friendly quiet very clean. Only recommendation: block out curtains in bedrooms. Weather perfect for very nice pool and beautiful grounds.

AMAZING!

I’d read the reviews stating this condo was “clean”….but that doesn’t begin to describe it! It was immaculate in every way! The kitchen was so well appointed, the decor was delightful and the towels were plentiful….the two pools were lovely and we were within walking distance of downtown….this condo is perfect in every way! Thanks for the chilled wine!

An excellent location in a well tended complex. There were some problems with the pool heater during our stay. The unit itself was more than adequate with all the amenities we needed. While superficially clean, the unit needs a thorough deep cleaning. Replacement of the couch and king mattress could be considered. Overall, we were happy and would stay again!

This is a prime location in Palm Springs, within walking distance to all downtown locations. The property offers swimming, hot tub, tennis and pickleball. Outstanding in every way!

First of all, the location is ideal but that’s not all that is wonderful about this rental. The condo has everything you could want or need . It is clean (and I’m fussy), plenty of space, and updated. They take great care to make sure you have everything you need. In addition, the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. They have 2 pools and a hot tub. We would come back in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone!

Good condo convenient to town

Great location, only 3 miles to airport and 3-4 block walk into town. We enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and we had all the space we needed. Unit is well stocked with kitchen items.
