We arrived to PS early morning and Mary Ann was very accommodating by allowing us to leave our luggage in the garage and perishable groceries in the fridge, while we went golfing until our check in time. The house, while not decorated in my style, worked for our annual golf trip to the desert. The backyard was where we spent most of our time, and it is nicely designed with beautiful views of the mountains. The spa was a nice touch after a tough day on golf course and pool was great for cooling off.

This was great location. The outdoor are was fantastic, we spent mornings having tea/coffee and breakfast overlooking the pool and golf course. This was exactly what we were looking for as a family wishing to spend time together.

Wonderful, large house centrally located

I and three friends visited for a golf trip. House is as advertised, has pool, hot tub and large patio overlooking golf course. Two large master suites with adjacent bathrooms; two other bedrooms share a third bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen, modern baths, plenty of hot water. Excellent communications with Mary Ann and John meant easy check-in and check-out. Quiet residential area close to airport, Palm Springs downtown, and golf courses. Our minivan fit in garage. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

A Palm Springs Hidden Jewel

I can’t say enough this property is so beautiful, clean, perfect location, 3 miles from the airport, and close proximity to grocery store and shopping. The host Mary Ann was so friendly & accommodating and actually answered the phone on the first ring which gives you a sense of comfort when leasing a home and you have questions. This was a girls trip and the 6 of us had no issue or complaints. This property made our trip perfect. You can’t go wrong choosing this property . Thank you

Perfect golf vacation house.

My friends and I have come here for years. There are 4 of us and the house completely accommodates our needs . 4 beds 3 baths. Two rooms with their own bathroom. The house is perfectly situated on the legends course which we play everday. Love this property.

Our Thanksgiving Stay

Peoperty is nicely located next to a golf course but needs some upgrades. Most of kitchen supplies are outdated.Make sure you bring Shampoo and soap/body wash as they are not provided. The masterbedroom bed's middle legs were broken and was to adjust it temporarily during our 2023 Thanksgiving weekend stay. The property owner is a nice lady and very accessible on the the phone. Despite the quick responses from her, she basically will let you know what you see is what you get. Also, note that they charge you an extra $50 daily for heating up the pool/jaccuzi and you can only heat up one at the time.

Green pool

This is a nice home, but it needs work. Linens are old,patio furniture is ratty some of the chairs are broken. The barbecue doesn’t work right. But the worst is the pool it is in need of a serious deep cleaning the water is always green the coping around the pool has broken tiles and is a serious trip hazard. The tile on the sides of the pool is white in places with chemical deposits

Property was in good shape. Listing is accurate. Area is extremely quiet. Palm Springs noise ordinance leaves a lot to be desired. We were not able to simply listen to music at low level outside while at pool.

Pictures misrepresent this property

This property was dirty I.e cobwebs, dusty, trash compactor broken and dirty, several mud dobber (wasp) nests in covered patio, hand rail into pool was very loose, carpet old dirty and wrinkled, and jetted spa tub in master when water was turned on nothing but rusty water (jets sanitized?). There is so much more. Don’t waste your money on this one.
