We had a great stay at the Desert Lily this past weekend. Our kids were excited to have their own rooms, and we were happy to be able to retreat to our master bedroom in the evenings. All the appliances worked well, and there was plenty of tableware and silverware to use. Indian Wells was about a half hour's drive away, and there were grocery and restaurant options close by. We also had a great time in the complex's pools and hot tub!

The property is in a good location, with great amenities. Heather was very responsive and easy to work with. The property is fairly dated but very comfy for a short stay. It fit our needs very well.

Heather (owner) was very responsive. Can't say enough good things about her. The cleaning service was completely lacking. The floors were filthy. I don't think they had been washed for a long time. They left us no bathroom or kitchen supplies for an entire month's stay. The furniture is worn. The carpeting needs to be cleaned. The unit could use a basic maintenance check. Things like an AC not running and a railing break could have been avoided.

Had tennis courts and pool close by. Gated community. Easy parking. Responsive host. Small and basic apartment but adequate space and working kitchen. Near airport so planes fly overhead until 11:45pm. Unfortunately, floors are creaky and walls/ceiling are thin so you could hear anyone walking or talking in other rooms.

The host was awesome. Very accommodating and clear on all instructions. This is a great place to sleep and relax after fun out an about in Palm Springs. Beds were comfortable, the house was CLEAN. We had everything we could have possibly needed. Would highly recommend.

Convenient and quiet

Nice home, quiet and convenient neighborhood. Easy to get from one end of town to the other. Heather was excellent to work with, easy check in and out. Nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked. Only complaint: very old and thin bath towels, can definitely use replacements, thus the 4 star overall rating. Will rent again with no hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, quiet, and located in a peaceful neighborhood. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive. We really appreciated being able to use the pool—especially with the warm weather! There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area, and overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We’d definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again!

Lovely neighborhood in Palm Springs close to everything

This was a gathering of three brothers and spouses. We were comfortable in this small condo. It almost had everything we needed. We are elderly and grab bars in the showers would have been very helpful. We also would have enjoyed a hook right next to the sink to put the hand towels. We needed to ask for more than just one washcloth in each bathroom also. I found some rags in the laundry room that we used. This was a nice quiet neighborhood and we did enjoy that very much.

Family spring break mini vacation

Great stay, great locations. Condo was so spacious and had everything you need. Nice private complex and close to downtown palm springs, vons, attractions. Great pool and jacuzzi. Heather the host was great at communicating at all times. Highly recomme d it to family.

Great property, great host and communication

Located about 15 minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs, six of us were comfortable here. All of the neighbors that we were pleasant.Super clean, well stocked, great communication. The heater was a little strong. Overall great stay.

Fun community property

We visited Palm Springs as a family and we were looking for a place to stay and play. This place gave us the opportunity to stay in a clean 3 bed property and play pickleball, tennis and in the pool. The property was stocked well for everything we needed and the property was well manicured. We are very happy we stayed here. Heather was a great host and had solid communication from start to end.

Great getaway

This home is centrally located and close to stores and Palm Springs. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay, including our simple Thanksgiving dinner. It was nice to be close to the main pool and tennis courts, and there were plenty of grassy areas to walk our dog. Owner was friendly and communicative. Appreciated the detailed information about the unit. Check-in/out was simple. Thank you for a great stay!

Great and convenient location

This property was perfect for my trip with my friends! The space is exactly as described and very spacious. We had six adults and all fit comfortably. Getting to the VRBO was super easy and the location was perfect for us. While we didn’t use all of the extra amenities (pools, tennis courts), we noticed they were all easily accessible and we would’ve taken advantage of them had we been there longer! Overall it’s a great space.
