Cockroaches The Entire Month
We stayed hear for a family vacation for a little over 30 days. Upon arriving we were met by a cleaning person who gave us access as our access code did not work. They stated they didn’t know what time we were coming or they would have come earlier to do a once over. They mopped the foyer and left. The condo smelled like a mix of smoke, insecticides and moth balls. There were dead and alive cockroaches in every room. There was no guest info book to tell you about the property/wifi/ other rules. The property management company did send me a book, but there was a lot of errors in the book. The property management company never sent anyone to take care of the cockroaches, and we had to clean them up on our own. They did offer a refund of 2 days and cleaning deposit but never offered to move us or anything else. We were stuck living amongst the cockroaches that we killed almost daily. This was one of the worst Vrbo’s we’ve ever stayed at.
