Acerca de esta propiedad

Completely Remodeled • Full Tennis Privileges • Palm Valley Country Club

  • Upgrade your Palm Desert getaway with a spacious, beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom condo inside the guard-gated Palm Valley Country Club.

From the moment you walk in, you'll notice that this is not your typical vacation rental. We completely remodeled the condo with new flooring, a new kitchen, updated bathrooms, smooth-finish walls, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open-concept kitchen flows directly into the dining and living areas, where soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive views of the golf course, lakes and surrounding mountains create the perfect desert setting.

Tennis players, take note: our Palm Valley Country Club membership allows our guests access to the club's tennis facilities, including 16 tennis courts. Not all vacation rentals within Palm Valley include this privilege, so if tennis is an important part of your stay, this can be a significant benefit. Please note that Palm Valley Country Club charges guests its applicable tennis and court fees directly; those fees are not included in the rental rate.

Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy comfortable seating, a propane BBQ and beautiful views throughout the day—from the golf course and lakes to the mountains and spectacular desert sunsets.

Palm Valley Country Club offers an incredible resort-style setting with 48 swimming pools and spas throughout the community. Even during busy periods, it's easy to find a quiet pool nearby. Better yet, one of our favorite pools in the entire community is just steps from the condo. Surrounded by palm trees and overlooking the golf course and mountains, it's an ideal place to swim, relax or unwind in the spa after a day of tennis, golf, hiking, shopping or exploring the desert.

Inside the condo, you'll find Smart TVs in all three bedrooms as well as the living room, plus high-speed 500 Mbps internet that's more than capable of handling streaming, video calls, remote work and multiple connected devices at the same time.

For added convenience, the condo also includes a fully equipped private laundry room with a washer and dryer inside the unit.

Whether you're coming to Palm Desert for tennis, golf, poolside relaxation, nearby restaurants and shopping, remote work, or simply to enjoy the beautiful desert weather, our Palm Valley condo gives you the space, comfort and resort-style surroundings to make your stay special.

Nice stay for 6 of us. Property was well maintained & had all necessary items-pools & community were very nice. The only thing we didn’t love is the twin beds in the one room were extremely hard & made it tough to get a good nights sleep, otherwise everything wax’s great.

Our stay was like a wellness retreat enjoying the hot tub at night and tennis court in the morning. The apartment is a little European oasis with airy rooms and an excellent contemporary feel for design.

The most important in any vacation rental for me is cleanliness of the whole unit. The condo met my standards in every room and even the garage. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed for making a couple meals. Condo was as described on vrbo. Condo was close to the golf courses we played at over three days

A great weekend trip.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was immaculate upon arrival. We’ve stayed at several Palm Valley condos and this was probably the nicest. The owners, Phil and Olly, were awesome as well. I highly recommend them and this condo if your planning a visit to Palm Desert.

A sanctuary in the desert!

We only stayed 1 night in between trips- that was not enough! By far the best place we've stayed in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area. Super clean, modern, and quiet with an unbeatable view. Special thanks to the host who was extra accommodating with all my last minute questions/requests. Don't hesitate to book this!

Quiet, clean and comfortable

This is a very nice place to stay. We arrived late and after figuring out where the front door was, getting in was super easy. The place is nicely decorated, but not cluttered. Clean and bright and comfortable. Plenty of space for three adults, we each got our own room. Kitchen was well appointed and I especially appreciated that there were coffee filters for the machine.

What a great find!! This property was probably the nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed at. It was beautifully decorated and we loved the layout. It was also cleaner than clean which is something that's very important to us. The views were amazing and we all slept like babies! We highly recommend this Palm Desert gem!!

The unit was nicely equipped. It overlooked a beautiful golf course. The beds and linens were very nice. Nice area to walk. Unit is on the 2nd level, so if stairs aren't your thing that may be an issue. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

Can't wait to go back!

In addition to the amazing views, we really enjoyed how new and clean everything in the condo was. Location was ideal and the beds were great. We went in the pools and hot tubs which were very clean as well. We all had a great time and we plan on coming back next month! Host was super chill to deal with which was another plus. Thanks Phil!
