We loved it!

My wife and the kids and I needed to be in Palm Desert and we all hate hotels so we thought why don't we look into booking a condo, rather than just a room? Best decision we've made all year!! This condo was fabulous. Clean as can be and my wife went on and on about the decorating. I personally liked the views the best but the kids loved watching all the ducks and other wildlife from the condo. Host was super friendly and easy to work with so all in all a perfect stay. Will definitely be returning for a longer period in the future.

Our second time visiting!!

We stayed here once before three years ago and have never forgotten the wonderful time we had. So when we decided to come back to Palm Desert we just had to stay here again! And just like last time, we thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Booking was simple, Phil was easy to communicate with, check in was a breeze and the condo was just as beautiful as we remembered. The views are second to none and the property was so, so pretty. I'm already sad that we're home, but my husband and I are already planning our third trip! Yipppeee!!!

Recently updated unit with great views

Enjoyed our two night stay here! The unit is as described and matched the photos. It’s recently updated with modern decor. The kitchen has everything you need and is well appointed. The views from the balcony are beautiful - lots of birds and golfers to watch. The owner was very responsive with our questions and requests. Only downside to the location is the nearby train tracks and freeway across the street from the garage. Noise level isn’t bad (we both slept fine, it’s more like white noise) but the passing trains do cause the unit to gently vibrate. Even with this, we highly recommend!

Comfy, well stocked condo with great views

This condo was very comfortable for a 2 week stay for our family with 2 teens. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc and clean and new appliances. The kitchen and baths were well stocked with Mrs Meyer’s soaps and plenty of paper products. The dining and living areas were spacious and comfortable. The internet worked great. The views from the condo of the mountains, palm trees, and golf course were lovely. The area felt very safe. The host was very helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations! The occasional rumble of the train tracks mentioned in another review didn’t bother us at night because we all use white noise apps for background noise. There was never a train horn. We hope to return to the area and stay here again!

A great weekend trip.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was immaculate upon arrival. We’ve stayed at several Palm Valley condos and this was probably the nicest. The owners, Phil and Olly, were awesome as well. I highly recommend them and this condo if your planning a visit to Palm Desert.

Great Location

Although I had a hard time getting into the property (it was my fault for not reading through some of the instructions in the email), it was a great location, accommodations, and a great overnight stay!

Great spot

We stayed here for a golf trip with a couple of my close friends/family. It was a great spot to stay at. House was clean and tidy. The views of the golf course from the property were amazing. We wish we could have/would have golfed here. Only issue we had was the garage was a little tight for a full size truck, but there was plenty of street parking if needed. Any other comments we had for the owner they were quick to respond to when notified.

A sanctuary in the desert!

We only stayed 1 night in between trips- that was not enough! By far the best place we've stayed in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area. Super clean, modern, and quiet with an unbeatable view. Special thanks to the host who was extra accommodating with all my last minute questions/requests. Don't hesitate to book this!

Coming back in June!

We literally just left the condo and we're missing it already! The pictures on the listing looked great, but it was even nicer in person. The main purpose of this trip was for me and my friends to get some golfing in, and the location of this condo was perfect for that! Phil even gave us some tips on a few amazing courses that were less than five minutes from the condo..thanks Phil! This trip was just a guys trip, but I FaceTimed my wife from teh condo and sent her a bunch of pictures and now she's booking it for us to return to next month. The condo was spotless and the views were some of the best I've ever seen. I cannot wait to return to paradise!!

House itself excellent and communication with the owner friendly and helpful. The only “less the perfect” was the condition of the swimming pools at the country club: not clean. But this is no fault of the condo’s owners.
