Enjoyed this vacation rental, It was perfect for our family. It was a fully stocked kitchen. The pool was great. Quiet neighborhood. Really liked the privacy. Nicely decorated but the furniture was not comfortable.Everything was clean and well maintained. Maria made everything easy.

Palm Springs Family Vacation

The compound was perfect for our family of 14. Everything was clean, comfortable and very well kept. Jen was easy to communicate with from the time we booked our stay. The location is in a nice residential area, close to downtown Palm Springs. We would definitely come back again!

Best Location for 30th Reunion with 20ppl

We were looking for a place to have a 30th reunion with 20 people. This location and set up was more than ideal. We had the 3 homes for us to spread out in and used the middle house for the group hang out. The houses each have a beautiful color scheme with lots of amenities. Kitchens were well stocked with all things needed for our get together. Houses were very clean upon check in and the pools were very nice (no need to heat in June). Lots of space to hang out, sit and relax around the pool. We used the BBQ for a cookout one night and that was so wonderful to cook at the location. Nice to have this option for the group. Everyone left the weekend feeling like we "scored" on this location. So unique to have 3 houses next door to each other which worked out so well. We'll be back in 4 years if it's still available!! Jen, our host, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We would definitely work with her again in the future. She answered our questions and communicated with us in a timely fashion, as well as was very nice and cordial. Thank you for your help along the way. If you are getting together with a larger group of friends of family, this is such a great way to do it. People can come and go to their rooms, no need for restaurants or driving anywhere if you plan ahead. I still can't believe we found this place...it was such a treat.

Amazing 3 properties next to each other!

We had a mini family reunion with a total of 14 people and these three beautiful homes...literally all right next to each other...were the perfect place to gather as a group, but also to be able to have private time for our individual families as well. Talk about convenient! Each house is tastefully furnished and each has everything you could need for a Palm Springs getaway, including BBQs, pools, kitchens with all the amenities, etc. It's clear that a great deal of thought and care went into each property. Working with the local manager was a breeze and she was very responsive. I would highly recommend this group of homes if you have a gathering that's too big for one, or even two homes. The fact that the three houses are adjacent makes it so simple and easy to get together on a moment's notice. A very rare treat indeed that helped make a memorable weekend even more memorable!

We really enjoyed ourselves! The inside was just as pictured, very clean! The pool was pretty warm when we got there but luckily cooled down by 9. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. Would love to come back!

The home is peaceful and purple as advertised! It’s a bit dated and could use some upgrades (pool chaises, kitchen drawers, bedding) but overall it was in great shape and the Experience was lovely and easy.

FANTASTIC STAY - GREAT HOUSE - GREAT VALUE FOR $

We highly recommend this vacation villa. 5-Star - all the way! This home is one of a kind, not just because it's so beautifully furnished and very well maintained, but because it actually looks much better in real, than on the pictures online. That's rare. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and has literally everything. Everything is super sparkly clean, which is not easy given the home has white shiny floors (and you would see everything on it). Nice open and spacious floor plan. Stylish and tastefull furniture. Beautiful bathrooms, and high-quality towels, linens, and bedding. They did not spare when designing his home. It's very luxurious. We very much enjoyed the pool, spa, and the magnificent view. It's very close to shops and stored (you can walk) . Love the golf course. It's beautiful We steped out into the back yard and just play gold. We also feel thehouse is very reasonably proiced. It's a really good deal deal actuall, and the host could not have been nicer. We highly reccomend ithis home to everyone, from single travelers, to couples, families and just friends on a trip.

FANTASTIC STAY! AMAZING HOME! BETTER THAN PICTURES!

The house is newly renovated and has many beautiful design touches. More kitchen equipment and amenities you'd find in other vacation homes. The owner clearly goes the extra mile to make sure guests have everything they could possibly need, which us much appreciated. Very responsive host. The home is spotless clean. Amazing views. Very inexpensive for a luxury home like this. We highly recommend this home to other travelers.

We staid in Jen”s home and enjoyed it very much. It is a beautiful home, very clean and nice furniture. The house is spacious and open. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lots of natural light. Large sliding doors invite outside nature inside . Nice balance . New kitchen, very well equipped. New bathrooms - wonderfully relaxing like a spa. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Loved the pool and spa and BBQ. Wonderful host .

Fantastic home - Will be back for sure

Not only is Jen the owner super responsive and kind, she truly cares for the home and it shows. It is pristinely clean. It's beautifully furnished. Everything seems new. Lots of amenities (more than I have at my home), and a breathtaking view. We loved hanging by the saltwater pool and spa and grilling our brats on the stainless steel BBQ. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and are tastefully designed like you find a spa hotel. We had a fantastic time and will surely be back soon. Thank you Jen.

LOVE this home

Super beautiful and clean home with everything you need, and more. House is super clean. You can eat from the white floors. Super clean! Loved the beautiful furniture and design. Amazing home with breathtaking view

We travel a lot and rent vacation homes all over the desert valley. This was one of the top and most beautiful homes we had the pleasure of staying in. It is very well maintained. Looks like it’s recently remodeled. Has beautiful new bathrooms, very open and inviting. Stylish design lots of personal touches. Bedrooms are spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Patio has stainless steel bbq. We spent hours in the heated pool and spa. Nice backyard with breathtaking views. One can see the owner wants to make sure guests feel like home and have everything they need, and more. We can highly recommend this home.

TRULY AMAZING VACATION HOME - TOP NOTCH!

This vacation home looks much better in reality than you can see on the pictures. That is a nice surprise that is usually not the case. It is not only beautifully furnished, with exquisite design and thoughtful touches, but it is also supper clean and very well maintained, and the view of these beautiful mountains over the lovely tranquil dessert landscaped back yard with the wonderful saltwater pool and spa is simply magnificent. Many amenities in addition to toiletries, spices, well equipped kitchen, stainless BBQ, pool floats, kid cribs and beds, doggy treats, and much more. The location is perfect - a few walking steps away from stores, restaurants and cafes. The host is super friendly, fast responding and very accommodating, and the local manager is just wonderfully caring. They really know who to treat travelers very well, make us feel special and certainly go the extra mile to make sure we are happy. We travel a lot through VRBO and Airbnb and we don't always see this level of perfection on all levels. We can highly recommend this home.

Palm Desert Disaster!

I'm making my comments purely regarding facts. The following are a list of issues regarding the property. The property manager doesn't send the address with the house rules until just a couple of days prior to the date booked. In the "House Rules" it stipulates, that no guests are allowed on the property except the guests checked in, otherwise the booking can be terminated immediately withholding full deposit. They require you to strip the beds and wash the sheets and linens, as well as running the dishwasher. There are bathmats throughout the common area of the kitchen and at the doors to enter from the pool. They’re not rubberized to be slip proof, which is not to code. So when I entered from the pool, of course I stepped on the mat which slipped across the marble tile floor and I went crashing down, injuring my knee. Most of the plants and Palm trees on the property are dead, there’s a large dirt hole in the front yard. Missing tiles in the pool, heavy mineral deposits surrounding the pool. No gardener was present during our entire stay, and the twice a week pool maintenance is a farce. The cushions on the dirty and heavily stained lounge chairs are old and weathered. The master bed is lovely if you like sleeping on marshmallows. It lacks any support whatsoever. The master bath toilet runs on and off constantly, and the single-ply toilet tissue you could sand a dresser with. The sinks are corroded with mineral deposits from the water. Guest bath tub is clogged and doesn’t drain. We located two cockroaches in the common area and a tear in the sofa, where the seam gave away. The ice container for the dispensing ice is completely frozen solid. The stove was dirty, so we had to clean it before we could use it. The garage was so unorganized and filthy with dirt. As were the fans outside. The interior chandelier was covered with dust, We spent the first day and a half cleaning. So of course I am bewildered as they require a cleaning fee, when the guests do all the cleaning!! (We cleaned all of the above and organized the garage, excluding the pool and replacing the missing tiles) We left the house, cleaner then when we arrived. What I say and recommend is, DO NOT stay there. They have completely misrepresented this property and the photos are very old. Unable to have friends over for lunch, temperature has to be above 76 degrees, and who does someone else’s laundry when on vacation…….Ridiculous and unacceptable!!

Adorable and immaculate house with everything you need. Spacious rooms, bright, open and airy with golf course and mountain views. Modern decor with new renovations throughout the house. Loved that we could watch Netflix on TV. The attention to detail throughout the house makes for a really comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay again.

Very clean property, well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, master bedroom is spacious and master bath is huge. Guest rooms were comfortable as well, great sheets! Check in and check out was easy peasy, good communication!
