Indoor/outdoor comfort

Very spacious and well-maintained house with large yard and pool/spa. Yard features a fire pit, gas grill, and ample seating for a large group. Can enjoy either direct sun or shade outdoors. If you enjoy seeing and hearing air traffic to and from Palm Springs, you have that also, although not very loud indoors. Would stay there again, manager very attentive.

PSLeverage

The house is a bit dated but in good repair. Location is convenient to dining and golf courses but very close to the airport at the departure end of the runway. Pool and outdoor spaces an are very good. Regular pool and grounds maintenance keep things very clean. Great orientation for sunbathing. D

Holidays in the desert!

We had a lovely stay! There were five adults. We slept comfortably and it had everything we needed. The yard and pool were just what we wanted! The pool remained consistently heated and made swimming in December a dream! The response from the property manager was amazing! He was quick and kind, and he allowed us to check in early. I would stay here again!

Perfect

This really is a 10/10 vacation rental. Absolutely perfect. Fantastic backyard, huge with a lot of seating and a great pool. The inside is just as great. 3 bedrooms with all their own personal touch. I have stayed at other home rentals and the difference between this home is they think of the guests convenience. For example, they had laundry baskets in each of the rooms closets. They also had little toiletries that usually only hotels will leave out for you or another thing was they had supplies that they let the guests use ( spices and coffee etc) and kindly ask that we replace if we finish. The house manager was also always very attentive and made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this place for people that come with children or if you want to just come with adults and have a little party weekend.

Very accommodating

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool, spa and outdoor patio is so amazing and relaxing. The house has everything you need to make you feel at home. The property management is very responsive and strive to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Cool Vibe, Great Value, Excellent Customer Service

We had a fantastic time. The house is managed by a company with exceptional customer service. Incredibly helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout all aspects. Outdoors space is terrific, house is cool and kitchen is well-stocked. The only negatives are it is on a busy street and near the airport (plane noise). But the kids loved the planes!

Great house and pool, surrounding noise not so great

PROS: -Awesome pool and outdoor area -Really well stocked house (kitchen and cooking stuff, towel, etc) -Responsive management staff (they have someone on a phone watching for texts everyday/night) CONS -Plane and airport noise is LOUD -Also, road noise is pretty noticable as well Overall it's a nice house and pool area for sure, but I'm surprised other reviews didn't call out the surrounding plane and road noise (and something I wish others had called out more as we probably would have selected another place). Planes go right overhead from the airport, and the road it's on is pretty busy/people driving fast. It's not exactly relaxing when you're by the pool or outside, and the noise is noticable when inside the house even. So if you're there with friends just to hang out it's a great place, but if you're there to really relax in peace you probably want to look at other houses. All of this is no fault per se of the management company, and they were awesome and responsive so 5 stars for them.

Perfect Getaway for Family Fun

Wife, 2 teenage boys, and toddler son had a blast here. House and pool were clean. Decor was fun and playful. It is close to airport so you do hear & see planes periodically when outside, but the kids actually liked this aspect.

Truly a wonderful house

Our group of 5 friends had a fabulous time at this house house. It was super clean and had all of the items we needed. The kitchen was great and came with lots of supplies. The outside is truly stunning, heated pool and and grill were a major plus. As mentioned in other reviews -the proximity of the airport "scared" us a bit, but turned out to be a non-issue due to the sound proofing of the house. Relax PS was very helpful leading up to the trip and always quickly answered our questions about the house and things to do in the area. That was incredibly helpful in planning. I can’t recommend highly enough and we hope to get back soon.

Amazing pool for family fun

The pool was perfect for our small children. They loved sitting on the tanning deck, and the pool was shallow enough for the adults to stand with the kids throughout. We all appreciated the grass surrounding the pool, which provided relief from the hot concrete. The inside of the house was fun with the pop art. We liked the sparse and simple decor/furnishings - it looked nice and offered more space for us to move around. The management company did a very nice job of communicating with us throughout our trip.

Great Getaway

Stayed for 5 nights and had a great time! The pool was perfect and the yard was huge! The kitchen was so stocked with everything we could ever need. The house is close to the airport but the noise is not that loud. It's also on a busy street but once you get inside, you don't even notice. Not sure if this is a VRBO thing but I did feel like I was signing my life away when booking and arriving. However, we did have a great trip and would come back again!

Great family getaway

We had a lovely stay at this property and found it exactly as listed. Great pool, and the house was very well equipped. Only slight surprise was the proximity to the airport so there was occasional aircraft noise outside.

only complaint

My only complaint about our stay was the sprinklers that kept coming on at all times of the day and night. We arrived shortly after 2pm. It was 108 degrees and all I wanted to do was get my 2 dogs out to relieve themselves and get settled into the house. My freshly groomed white dogs and myself had to run through the sprinklers on wet grass to the back, getting them wet then of course dirty paws before we could even unpack a towel for them. We had to run countless times to remove cell phones and other items from the tables when the sprinklers came on while we were in the pool or enjoying a book and cup of coffee. We were happy with our stay and very thankful for the pool and good air conditioning.

Great place to stay.

Only draw back, absolutely no music. Adults can hear music without being loud or even able to hear it from any neighbors. For that reason, most likely won’t return to Palm Springs. Who could vacation without music, not me

Perfect Family Getaway Spot

This was our very first vrbo experience and the house was perfect! Our family of 5 found the house to be the perfect size. There were smart TVs in each bedroom and the family room so the kids could all watch what they wanted, when they wanted, and could also hook up their gaming consoles. The backyard was absolutely perfect. Plenty of sitting and lounging areas and the pool was great. There were multiple umbrellas so we could shade the areas we wanted to. The pool had a great shallow ledge so we could sit and read/relax without being completely submerged. The jacuzzi was also quite large. The house was stocked with all the cooking and serving ware we needed. We were also pleasantly suprised to find a cupboard full of board games. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we had a completely touchless check-in and check-out and corresponded with the property management via text and phone call when we arrived. They were very easy to deal with and the communication was clear and concise. The street itself was a little busy, but there were no no noise issues. Less than a half mile to the grocery store and fast food drive-thrus. Downtown was less than a 10 minute car ride with plenty of shops and restaurants. This was SO much better than staying in a hotel. I would definitely stay at this house again.

The Perfect Getaway!

This house was even better in person than in photos! Super clean and very well kept during this pandemic. We loved the owner—and the staff was top notch, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Anyone that came to the property wore mask and gloves. We even had an issue with the jets in the hot tub and the WiFi was down for a short period the first day, but the property manager not only prioritized our solutions, but also brought us a bottle of champagne to make up for the inconvenience. They really handle customer service like no other! We would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Palm Springs for a weekend, a few days, week —any amount of time spent is wonderful at PS Leverage and we will 100% be coming back!

Conveniently located, home away from home.

We had three couples stay for a week, and there is lots of room to relax. The home had everything we needed from dishes, pots/pans, towel, and linens. The bedrooms are equally spacious, and we enjoyed several meals in house (Shopping market very close). We spent most of our time outside by the pool (Soooo much space in the backyard). The location is close to the runway at the airport and the road out front is fairly busy but it did not affect our trip at all. No one in our party felt it affected our trip negatively. Thank you!

Great escape

The entire experience was wonderful - the team was easy to reach, the house was comfortable, very clean and well equipped for our family get away to Palm Springs over Christmas week. It was in a great location - a few minutes drive to anywhere we wanted to go. would definitely come back!

Great property;)

We just got back from a long weekend at this property. It’s the second property we have rented from Relax Palm Springs and once again we weren’t disappointed. Great property, clean, comfortable beds, cool pool. Will definitely be back.
