The photos are a very accurate reflection of this well appointed, comfortable home. Location was central and excellent. Everything you need from an iron to spices and cleaning supplies. Remarkable welcome basket. Loved having the use of the garage to have the car off the street. There were fun pool toys to enjoy in the lovely pool and hot tub. We had it heated for our December trip and it was perfect for taking a relaxing dip. Outdoor space has plenty of comfortable seating, was private and quiet. Everything was working and in good shape. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer to dry off swimsuits and towels. Joe was thoughtful, proactive, very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the notes, helpful binder and clear instructions. Would highly recommend.

Staying at Biskra Rd was the best idea about our trip. It was clean, welcoming, and we felt like we were home. The pool was relaxing and we spend all day sitting outside in the great poolside chairs and loungers when not in the water.

Feels like home

We stayed two nights three days at this property. Check in with easy and contact less. The property manager was very communicative and responsive. This home is beautiful! It honestly felt like home. We loved that there was a pool and there’s privacy. The living room living room is spacious and the couches were very comfortable. The rooms are very good size and all beds were comfortable as well. It’s close to downtown Palm Springs. We loved that we were able to park inside the garage because that way our car didn’t get as hot. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We felt safe even when we arrived at 3 AM after a night out.This is a property I definitely recommend and I would love to come back to.

Wonderful property

We had a great time at this well equipment home in Palm Springs. Owner was communicative and very helpful. House was super clean, well appointed and exactly as described. We enjoyed time in the pool and grilled out in the gas grill - the outdoor space was very nice! We will book again if our travels take us back to Palm Springs!

Just like home in Palm Springs

Myself and 4 friends had a great weekend in Palm Springs at this lovely cozy home. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. Host was easy to comunicate with and we had no problems with our stay. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

I miss it already!

We stayed for two weeks in March, 2025. The pool and spa were FABULOUS!! A few days were cool, and even with the heated pool were a bit chilly but the hot tub saved the day!! I don't think there was one day where we weren't in the water. The house is clean, has all the cooking utensils you need (except an ice cream scoop, but there's one now!!). Bedrooms are comfortable. The master bedroom is an en suite, which was much appreciated. The bed was SO comfortable. There is no cable television in the living room, but there are a few apps that you can log into. We hooked up our Roku (I always travel with it!) so I could access our streaming package and we were good to go! There is a Roku television in the master bedroom. All linens are provided; lots of pool towels! Love the keyless entry. So simple and its nice to not worry about keys. Joe was VERY receptive to questions, concerns. The welcome basket was unexpectted and much appreciated. We really didn't want to leave, but all good things must come to end. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Family Fabulous

This was just owefect for our family of 4, including a 4 and 6 year old. Plenty of space to spread out, nice home layout and anazing backyard. The girls loved that the pool was warm and we wereeven able to pick a few lemons from the le mon tree for homemade lemonade. We only get out here every 3yrs or so,but we will definitely be staying here again if the home is available. Highly recommend

Great place!

We stayed for a weekend. Family of 4 plus grandparents and it was amazing. Kitchen is well stocked, you can beat the back yard. Pool was great, back patio was perfect for relaxing and napping. Great place and if we make it back to Palm Springs we will stay here again.

This is a sleeper property. It is very private and accommodating. It was just the two of us but this place could definitely handle a family if needed. Communication with the property manager and check in process is seamless. Everything is marked and easy to navigate. It also a great location to everything in palm prongs.
