The host was readily available by text throughout our stay. The home was tastefully decorated with a kitchen that had needed supplies for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were dark to enhance good sleep. The bathrooms had everything we needed. The backyard was private and quiet. The front yard had a view of the mountains. The park across the street offered walking paths.

Overall, a very nice stay. Would give 4.5 stars if possible.Best parts: location is excellent - close to town; directly across from a very nice park, golf course, and trail system perfect for daily walks solid communication from the host well-stocked home - everything you need including extra towels, full kitchen equipment; even food items versatile home with plenty of seating indoor and outdoorCould be better: the hot tub did not work when we arrived and though the host got repair people out to address the issue as quickly as possible, we missed out on using it for about half of our stay which was very disappointing as that was an important reason for choosing this higher-priced rental noise from road activities is significant in the front bedroom landscapers and pool cleaners randomly appear on the property with no notice, which is rather alarmingOther suggestions: the home is nicely presented overall but could use a deep clean - dirty under beds and behind tables, etc. the master shower door leaks significant water onto the floor would be nice to have instructions for the entertainment system (Sonos, TV, etc.)

Well designed, well tended property

This pretty little house offers tranquility and privacy, a pleasant indoor-outdoor "flow," and many nice touches. Kitchen is wonderfully well stocked, and nice bath products made for a sense of luxury. House sits on a fairly well-trafficked street but has a spacious front area and is surrounded by a hedge; we were unaware of noise from either the street or nearby airport. Hosts were great. We dealt mainly with Angelo, who was super friendly and responsive. Everything was set up to be EASY. Much appreciated!

Great Place

We were a family of four adults going to the Indian Wells Tournament. Property was clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. Very private. Lots of backyard lounging areas perfect for hanging out during one warm afternoon. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub because the weather was too chilly during our stay. Right across the street from a park with a beautiful walking path along a golf course. Would definitely stay here again.

Casa Mesquite was the perfect stay! It was exactly as pictured and described. There was plenty of space for parking. The backyard hang was so nice. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for any cooking needs. It was super close to several shuttle stops for the festival. Thank you for the great rental!

This stay couldn’t have been better. The house is every bit as nice as it appears in the photos and comfortable and well equipped for a long stay. The hosts were thoughtful and gracious. Responses to every request were timely and followed through on rapidly. We loved every minute.

Home Sweet Home!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Every bit as welcoming and beautiful as listed. Very thoughtful touches with wonderful soaps, lotions and shampoo! Kitchen very well equipped and extremely clean. We really can’t say a bad word about this beautiful home.

First Palm Springs Stay

The listing is extremely accurate. Beautiful property and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to the airport which is extremely convenient. This was my first time in Palm Springs and would absolutely stay here again. Very responsive host and clean property. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Palm Springs Property

We had an amazing stay at this home. The location is great - easy to get to downtown Palm Springs and so many restaurants. The home itself is phenomenal - we spent a whole day lounging around the pool, we barbecued steaks one night for a meal in, and we loved the Molton Brown amenities - everything was first class. The hosts are prompt and responsive and not one single thing lacked throughout our stay - and we were there in a sandstorm!!! Thanks guys!!!

Beautiful, comfortable home

We stayed at Scott's house for two weeks and found it to be beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for 4 adults with many seating areas inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped and they thought of everything to make our stay special. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition to our stay. Dan, the house manager, was very welcoming and helpful.

Two excellent weeks in Palm Springs

Terrific property, great location, very well maintained. Appreciated that kitchen and pantry were well stocked. Two comments about stay: 1. Shower in main bedroom leaks onto floor. Needs vertical plastic strip to stop shower leaving. 2. Very difficult to contact property manager by phone. Tried to call him three times during stay but no answer and his voice mail box always seems to be full. However, he answers texts promptly. Should advise tenants to text him if they need response.
