The heater went out while I was there and had to give up three days of my vacation to wait for repair people to show up. Now fighting over a refund they promised. They have calculated the incorrect amount and I have not received anything to date when promised I would receive it promptly.

Great Stay

Three active couples aged 60-70 had a great stay at Casa Agave for 2 weeks in late March . Arranged for pool heat for the duration of our stay which made possible more use of the pool on cooler mornings and evenings and windier days . House was well suited to our group with two large independent sitting areas inside and good choice of seating outside . Very few errant golf balls. Felt private despite being on the Tahquitz Legends golf course .House is very well equipped , particularly the kitchen -with more spices available than any other rental we’ve ever had . Had 3 cars , one parked on the driveway , two on the street in front of the house - very easy and convenient . Enjoyed several home cooked meals in the lovely dining room - perfect for 6-8 people - frequently used the barbecue . Communication with management was easy , prompt and responsive . Neighborhood is quiet , convenient to travel by car to any desired location in Palm Springs by car or bike . House is very tastefully decorated , furnishings are superior, the place is clean , uncluttered and tranquil . Highly recommend for those willing to pay for a higher end rental .

Mid Century Mod!

Fantastic home with the best chef's kitchen we've ever rented on VRBO! Unfortunately our time there was during an unusual snow/rain/cold California storm, we made the best of it in the spacious home and even golfed in the rain! Very unusual and beautiful to see snow on mountains and cacti on the course!!

Wonderful Property!

Everything about this rental experience was top notch! The house is as beautiful as the pictures. One of the best stocked and organized properties we have rented. The property manager was very professional, personally walked us through the house upon check in, and was quick to respond to any inquiries. The one thing to be aware of is stray golf balls from the adjacent golf course, we did have two balls hit into the yard in the week we stayed…..just something to watch out for. Overall a lovely property that doesn’t disappoint!

Nice modern well appointed home / “upcoming” neighborhood

Really nice house on the golf course. Great views of the mountains. The neighborhood is turning over and will be great. Would totally stay again.

A place to unwind, relax and refresh

We stayed at Casa Agave for a week and wish we had another week. The property has all the amenities and we didn’t want or wish for anything…the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, gadgets, serving dishes and much more. The beds are super comfy, the backyard/pool was lovely and the neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything! Foxden (hosts) has their business figured out, by far one of our best rentals! We highly recommend Casa Agave!

Fantastic property

Beautiful house, great location. Pool, house, amenities are amazing. The photos don’t lie. Awesome place for a quiet weekend away with friends or family! Price is fair. Only downside is the property is honestly a hassle to book. Lots of extra requirements, and it really felt like false advertising that the house sleeps 6 people, but you are charged for any more than 3 people. Overall, the property managers I worked with were very friendly and helpful, but the extra fees and extra requirements felt like too much. Amazing house and we had a great time, but I may consider using an easier property next time simply based on the fact that there’s so much to chose from in Palm Springs.

Luxury home

The pictures do no justice! This house was spectacular, luxurious and quiet. It was also very spacious and the tub in the master bathroom was amazing. We did not want to leave. Check in process was easy the manager came to show us around she was very sweet. The view of the gulf course was beautiful we will definitely come back.

The Quiet Side of Palm Springs

We had a wonderful stay in this California mid-century modern home! It is perfectly situated on a golf course in a quiet Palm Springs neighborhood, yet an easy drive to the hot spots. Decor and design was classic mid-century. The house is situated so that the main living areas get the morning sun, but are shaded in the afternoon heat. Walk outside and pick a fresh grapefruit or lemon off the trees in the backyard. Enjoy the pool while you watch the duffers slice their iron shots. Windows, light-filled, bright - a perfect antidote to the winter blues. It is only 5 minutes to groceries. Easy drives to airport, downtown and the tram. Drive thirty minutes to Indian Wells Tennis Garden or about 45 minutes to Joshua Tree. The caretakers were very proactive, friendly and communicative. We had a difficult time saying goodbye to our best rental experience after dozens around the world.
