Great Palm Springs Stay

Very nice condo in a great and quiet location. Close to downtown and the airport, well equipped and comfortable. Management company was very responsive. We would recommend and stay here again.

Nicely decorated condo

This is a nicely renovated condo with a modern vibe in a quiet area. Plenty of room for 4 and a great patio off the kitchen. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of spices and dishes. The host was very responsive to the one minor Maintenance issue we had. Would definitely rent this unit again

Wonderfully appointed condo!

This was a great stay and will be back! The house and kitchen were wonderfully appointed - had plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, etc. We had to do a little childproofing - their were a lot of cleaning supplies and beautiful glass trinkets located in toddler grabbing range. No error on the part of the property, but for any other family staying at the property- it’s great but you would need to do a sweep of the place before it’s ready for active, curious toddlers.

Great stay at Biltmore Regency!

This condo is darling and perfectly appointed and the community is very friendly. We had a blast playing tennis, pickleball and lounging by the pool. Already looking forward to coming back!

A little piece of paradise

We were so happy in this property. Well taken care, very cozy. Everything was great from start to end. Check-in was easy, instructions couldn't be clearer. Excellent location to museums, mountains, restaurants, etc. Communication with Tiffany from Altamira Vacation Rentals was excellent. We loved Palm Springs. We are coming back and staying here again!

Small but very nice property. Well maintained and clean, comfortable. The only problem was a lot of thumping around from the upstairs neighbor. I would choose this property again.

Decent place, dated and reasonable price for sure

The rules for checking in and staying in a unit in PS make for a harsh model. So many things to worry on. Most likely will never do this again for home or condo. Prefer the ease of hotel and even worth the price difference. Plus, this place was very noisy at night from residents above or on the side of this unit…not voice…foot noises were nuts. Walls too thin. Plus a couple of days at & am workers were next door with machinery/saws and woke us up and working all day. Not pleasant. If are only concerned with cost and can put up with the rules and processes and what else mentioned then maybe right for you. Upon checkout they have rules about how many towels you can use or have to wash, take out trash and such. Just worrisome model

overall, property is nice and condo was in a good location. A few minor things that could be improved. The place was clean, apart from the floors and the patio wasn't clean (swept, chairs dirty). The appliances are a bit out dated / in need of maintenance, ie: dishwasher, fridge (ice machine was acting up). There was no soap (hand soap) in one of the bathrooms and the water for the shower takes a long time to heat up (wasting water). The neighbors upstairs were noisy in the early mornings (they probably start work early, but there was stomping around above us starting at 6am..). The location was great. We would likely stay again. love the area.

Private condo in Palm Springs

My wife and I stayed 4 weeks at the property and found it to be a nice accommodation. The condo is in a nice complex and very private; esp. since the bushes surrounding the back patio have grown in considerably since the listing photo was taken; which makes the patio a private retreat. There are several nice restaurants (and a bicycle renting company) within easy walking distance. The community pool and hot tub were nicely maintained-as were the surrounding grounds. All in all, a nice quiet place to relax:-)
