  • This property had a complete renovation with all new kitchen cabinets, granite, Stainless Steel appliances, carpet, paint & lots of new furniture. This property is very private, in fact, one of the only private pools left in Ventana Del Sol. It's an end unit and feels more like a home. Just installed a new remote controlled pool & yard unit, it makes operating the pool equipment a breeze, now you can sit back and enjoy the VERY private pool & spa hassel free. This is just about the best location in Palm Springs, just four blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, one block from the convention Center and two blocks from the Spa Hotel and Casino. It's only a five minute ride to the Airport. Includes covered, (gated) off street parking.

    This townhome is a vacation place like no other with its own private pool and spa with a backdrop of the most beautiful mountain views anywhere. The interior is adorned with taste and comfort & is kept impeccably clean, most of my renters have been back over & over again. One Master Suite, 1 1/2 baths, a Den with a comfortable Queen sofa sleeper which will sleep two additional guests. Enjoy the stone fireplace in the livingroom or watch your favorite TV program or DVD on one of two Flat screen TVs, free wireless internet and local / long distance phone calls to anywhere in the USA & Canada. Every room is a sanctuary, the kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, everything you should need for a gourmet meal or a simple snack can be found in this kitchen, all you need is a trip to the grocery store.

    * Pets are negotiable, fees charged, call for more information.

Little getaway

Looking for a quiet getaway. The place was great, close to downtown but away from any major traffic. Just nice to lounge by the pool in a quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Communication prior to the stay was excellent and the host was very accommodating. The property was perfect for us. One block from the convention center, it was clean, comfortable, secure. The area was quiet and peaceful during our stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect paradise

This is a little paradise away from home very private and just perfect… The host and the property manager were delightful and we enjoyed our stay so much! They have extra amenities like luxury bath towels, and bathrobes, and it was just delightful and I will go back again and again!

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful townhome. The property was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The private pool and spa were a huge bonus as were the gorgeous mountain views. Great location

Perfect Getaway Location

The location was perfect, within walking distance to great shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The condo itself was spotless and well-appointed, with the added luxury of a private pool that made for a relaxing getaway. The owner was incredibly communicative and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and convenient Palm Springs stay!

Perfect Getaway Location

We loved our stay, the condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, just as advertised. Everything was well stocked, from the towels to anything you would need in the kitchen.Communication was A. Bob was incredibly communicative and responsive. Check in/out was a breeze. We loved the private pool and jacuzzi- very clean.We highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back! Thank you Bob for our lovely stay.

A perfect getaway in Palm Springs

Great location, very comfortable apartment with a private pool and hot tub….who could ask for more. I appreciated the in person check-in process. Really makes one feel welcomed. Would stay here again and again, even though, it seems very roomy for one person. I enjoyed the space a lot.

Relaxing vacation

The home is centrally located in Palm Springs. Close to everything. The amenities are as described and better. It's in a very quiet location and the property is gated. Looking forward to staying at this home in the future. Bob is a great host and very accommodating.

Perfect Respite

We love Palm Springs, so we took a gamble on visiting during the peak of summer. This condo was the perfect choice -- great location near downtown Palm Springs, spacious and comfortable floorplan, very nicely appointed, and the private pool was a great way to beat the heat. The owner and property managers were very accommodating hosts. Altogether made for a lovely, restful weekend escape.

Bob and his team are welcoming and friendly. The home was comfortable, clean and secure. We enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and pool and I appreciated the comfortable bed and nice linens - this is something I don't often find at vacation rentals.The proximity to the Palm Springs Convention Center was convenient as well as the short walk to downtown. Great on bedroom.

This one bedroom condo has a bath and a half and a private hot tub and pool. That is almost impossible to find in the area.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The communication and check-in process were seamless—simple, hassle-free, and without an overwhelming flood of emails or extra contracts to sign. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was even more stunning than the photos. It offers plenty of space for two people, but what truly sets it apart is the private courtyard. The pool and sauna create a luxurious, spa-like retreat, and the one-touch controls for the sauna make it effortless to use. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private, upscale getaway!
