Favorite VRBO in Palm Springs

The property is fantastic! The pool and outdoor area are wonderful. Hot tub is easy to use and heats up quickly. The outdoor patio area is covered and about 20 degrees less than the beating son. Inside is TVs galore. Really the perfect place for a couple of golfing buddies to come in and relax after braving the scorching weather, take a dip in the pool, loosen up the muscles in the hot tub and kick up their feet and watch a game. It's in a super quiet area in a cul-de-sac. The property management team was great. Sent texts with the pertinent info and otherwise left us be. locks were key codes-- fantastic! Location was fantastic. Seemed like airport, downtown, restaurants were all 10 minutes away. A true gem!

pics didnt lie-home was beautiful in person. loved the extras-and quick response from property management team. would have loved a few more basics in the kitchen...but overall very happy with the property!

60th Birthday

We rented this house for 3 nights for my 60th with my immediate family. It was myself, husband and our 2 adult children so the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect. We loved the pool, hot tub,ping pong and misters were all awesome. I have to say it was the best weekend with my family! Would definitely stay here again!!

Best trip ever!

This was one of my favorite vrbo properties ever! The house was sparkling clean (I wish that I could hire their cleaners for my own house!) The layout of the house and backyard and extra amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, foosball table, ping pong table, hammock) made for a relaxing stay where everyone could spend time together or spread out to have quiet time. The communication with the management company was prompt, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay here again!

There are both good and unfortunate things. Please read my previous review. Things that need attention are 1) dining room chairs desperately in need of repair; 2) insufficient lighting in most areas (mostly decorator mood lighting) and 3) outdated TV system which needs attention.

Wonderful holiday weekend!

Home was a terrific location and completely private. Backyard was fantastic, everything you could want for spending the day poolside. Formal living/dining room was spacious with nice furnishings. Dual masters on opposite sides of home was also nice. One master did require an additional standing fan even with air conditioning, but Acme provided. Kitchen had run low on necessities such as trash bags, tin foil and napkins but everything else was provided, including beach towels and pool floats. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again soon!

Brilliant. Exactly as advertised and photographed

CLEAN. Spacious. Fantastic salt water pool with plenty of covered patio seating with misters. Lovely pool shelf with great jacuzzi (especially with the night lights). One call to 24 hr line was responded to immediately, immediate resolution with follow up. VERY private and enclosed yard (we had two medium/big dogs - completely enclosed for their security) Place actually is exactly as shown in photos. In an ideal world I would like a bigger pool, it was perfect for floating and lounging but not so much for swimming lengths. Did not use the BBQ, hammock or fire pit but all looked lovely. Highly recommend. I would definitely come back and I have been to multiple holiday rents in PS - this was superior. (happily surprised by convenient little "hotel" extras) LOVED my time here - so relaxing

Beautiful Home w/ all the amenities

We stayed here during the 4th of July holiday. The house was exceptionally clean and well put together. You had all the amenities one would expect at a hotel in terms of comfort. Great place and we would stay here again. Perfect for two families

Relaxing

Very nice property. Beautiful pool, very relaxing. The back two bedrooms really do not benefit from the air conditioning. We were there when it was very hot and the house would not cool down lower than 83 degrees however the primary bedroom stayed very cool. If you are planning to cook bring everything you need.

Best staycation

Usually, many rentals are underwhelming when compared to the pictures and stated amenities. However, this property, location, and management was absolutely wonderful. This property greatly exceeded our expectations and we will likely return soon!

Relaxing Desert Oasis

Beautiful house, pool and grounds. Incredibly well appointed kitchen. Lots of shady outdoor seating. Great management - check-in was seamless. Highly recommended. We will be back!

House needs some work.

It’s a nice house but needs some updating. One of the bedroom doors couldn’t be closed because it was broken. The other bedroom outlet was old I guess when using the hair dryer the power went off. The pool didn’t get cleaned for a week that I was there. Very disappointed with this house.
