The community is well kept. Loved being able to walk to La Quinta Resort for morning coffee. And the cafe on property was great for breakfast. Only downside was finding street parking for this unit. Will stay again for sure.

5th booking at this resort. Absolutely lovely resort. Studio was clean & well appointed. Pictures are completely accurate. Clean, quiet, safe & beautiful. Very nice & relaxing.

Great location and beautiful setting. Would give a 10/10 but the pillow top bed is used up and while I have back issues, it did t help sleeping in a valley and my wife on a hilltop. This brought it down to a 7/10

Small unit in Legacy. I have stayed many times and this is listed as an recently renovated unit. Relative to the other units I've stayed in close by it is actually dated. Communications are totally automated with management company - multiple texts and emails generated by their software system, no person. Unit is on top of the pool - loud from 10am to 10pm. Families on vacation fill the jacuzzi and pool around the clock. If you like noise, this is your spot.

We stayed at Legacy Villas for almost a month & will definitely return. The location is amazing and the surroundings beautiful. Costumer service was top-notch. Special kudos to the staff @ California Vacation Villas namely Darlene & Yahayra for their proactive assistance in booking, changes, etc.

They had signs saying cover the shower drain to keep bugs out but no cover was provided. Nor was there any cleaning products fortunately I brought my own. Not offering any kind of dishes or cutlery for that price is ridiculous!

Very miss leading check in as there was a 4 digit lock box at the top of the stairs and a door to the right of that with no key pad. We had a 6 digit code to check in. We tried the first 4 digits the last 4 digits the middle 4 digets and of course, nothing worked. We finally called the office and they said we were at the wrong place. We were not. It was just the wrong door. Finally got to the correct door and got in. YEAH ! That 1st lock box had our unit # on it as well as the door for our unit that was further away. The view, grounds, pool and spa were great. I would have preferred our. Ondo to not havr carpet, especially being a dog friendly plase.

It was a great time except when my dogs got locked in the unit and I was packing my car at checkout. The code on the door lock deactivated . I could not find a number to call on any emails or texts. After about 20 minutes of panic I was able to get a phone number from the security guard. I was able to speak to a representative who was able to reset the door code and retrieved my pups and we were on our way.

It was very quiet and clean. The only negative was the parking which wasn’t too bad but would have been nice to have designated parking. It was a very nice property.

Overall I was very happy with the unit. The interior was very clean and comfortable. The table on the patio had some caked on food and appeared it hadn’t been wiped/cleaned since the last guests were there. The mattress on the bed was a little too soft for my liking but I would still stay there again.

We like the location and scenery. Parking was a bit of an issue and definitely wouldn’t recommend for large groups bringing multiple vehicles. The pool rules for the weekend suck due to coronavirus, at least they were open. This place is comfortable to relax and enjoy, but not much else to do around the area.
