Palm Springs Oasis

We loved the home and the location. Very spacious with a great bed/bath layout for grandma and grandpa, adult children and grandkids. The pool and spa were great. Jets didn’t work in the spa but the property manager made sure they got fixed in a day. Lots of TVs and a large and well stocked kitchen. Pickleball court in the back was fun. Highly recommend this property.

Can't Beat The View

The view from this property is 10/10. So beautiful! We found ourselves at this rental because the one we had planned canceled last minute. We were so grateful because the location and amenities were top notch. Some of the finishes are a little run down, the piano needs a tuning, and the pool area could be spruced up a little. But all of that is easily forgiven due to the amazing view and the super responsive and kind property managers.

Super place for a big family

The location is terrific, near the Palm Springs tramway, an easy couple miles to the attractions of downtown Palm Springs, and with a fine view of the Coachella Valley and the mountains beyond.The house is very well equipped and decorated, and the common rooms are large and handled our group easily. The master suite is huge, three of the bedrooms are good-sized, and the two downstairs are adequate but not luxurious.The pool deck is superb -- a wonderful place to enjoy good weather. With the pool, spa, active games, wifi and many screens, the teens in our group were almost always engaged.Response to problems was excellent. The pool filter had failed completely, apparently on the day we arrived. The host had it replaced the next day, which was a Sunday! And our few minor issues received even prompter attention.The biggest negative of the place is that it takes f o r e v e r to get hot water. But there is plenty there when it finally gets to the shower. We also found some minor cosmetic defects -- loose switch plates, paint problems, etc., in the bedrooms. but the host appeared to be appreciative that someone had reported them.If our family spends another week in Palm Springs (unfortunately not likely), we would almost certainly try to rent this property again.

Girls weekend

We gather once a year since college (almost 30 years of friendship) and Palm Springs is a favorite destination for the sun, heat and fun. The house was perfect for us, plenty of space, wonderful pool and a great location. Highly recommend the house.

Family Holiday

Our family of 11 stayed at your beautiful home. It comfortably accommodated all of us. The house was clean and the kitchen included every item one needed. There were plenty of games, pool, pool table, etc. to keep everyone entertained. The location was perfect and the views on the patio were spectacular. Nothing I would change or add and we all had a great time. Thank you for being available for any questions.

Wonderful retreat above Palm Springs!

This is a great place that's close enough to everything in Palm Springs but also above it all. Wonderful views and a peaceful oasis with wonderful outdoor areas and a fantastic pool and spa. Highly recommended!

Checks all the boxes

Had a great stay at this location. All was as advertised. Had an issue with heating the spa first day and McLean company was very responsive and made sure the issue got resolved immediately. Quiet, relaxing and spacious. Look forward to returning soon.

We Loved the house, it is very spacious, super Clean, all the beds where very comfortable, at first from a glance we thought the Hot Tube was Small but we had 6 in it very comfortable, Kitchen was very nice for our group, we would highly suggest this house if staying in west Palm Springs or the surrounding area !

Great House for a family or group gathering

This is a large house that is well suited for a family or group gathering. Six bedrooms, although note that none have twin beds, so if you have a large group, sleeping arrangements are more tricky. The house and pool and hot tub are situated up in the hills, giving a nice view of the valley below. The house is sufficiently equipped and the Managment company was very helpful and responsive. There is a courtyard type backyard lawn that is good for letting your dog out in. There is a pool table downstairs, which was fun.

Beutiful house

good place if you need to get away with the family but I wouldn't recommend it if you have kids or pets not because of the house but because of the area or even the city of palm springs we had to take our dog unexpectedly because their was brush fires in our area and neighbors complained dog was barking what do they expect for a dog not to bark but overall it was a nice place .

Beautiful House, but no AC in master bedroom

Overall, a nice stay at this house. Great view, good size, lots of rooms! The pool was excellent! However, it was an extra fee to turn the hot tub on. There were also a few things we had difficulty with. The oven was weird to turn on (make sure to read the instructions), and the fridge was a little janky. We also had problems with getting AC on in the master bedroom and the room next to it, which meant we could not sleep in those rooms as it was too hot. The owner of the house controlled the temperature (we, as guests, could not). It was frustrating as the rental company was the "middle man" between us and the owner of the house who controlled the temperatures. Communication with the rental company was not the best. They never fixed the AC problem despite us calling them everyday (they only got back to us the first night), and they never returned our calls the next two days to fix the problem. Even when we did get ahold of them stating the AC wasn't working, they kept having to call us back and kept stating the owner said the AC was on, when it clearly was not. We loved the house, but would recommend another rental company to stay with.

Great Pool, Good House, Underwhelming Property Management

Our group of friends had a great time at the pool during our 3-day stay! We loved the great view from the pool area, especially in the evening watching fireworks over the holiday weekend. The house was cooled off and in decent shape when we arrived (although there were a couple of damaged items which we noticed and reported from the get-go). It was fully stocked with kitchen equipment and the clean house pool towels provided were a nice bonus. The set-up of the house was smaller than we expected from the photos online, but it still proved to be plenty of room for us and the kids to have a comfortable stay. We had issues with the pool & spa system throughout the weekend. We noticed the spa was not heating up right the first night and reported it immediately. The Property Management group noticed something was wrong with the tablet system came out and tried to fix it on the next day, but issues persisted and they sent out pool company rep as well. They did something and it worked for a bit, but unfortunately spa kept having heating up issues. I reached out to the PM staff again, but they were quite unresponsive the rest of the weekend and they didn’t come back out again so the spa was not usable the rest of our stay. Eventhough the PM staff was responsive to my texts the first day or so, the lack of communication the rest of the weekend was really frustrating and left a bad taste in our mouths. Our group agreed that house was a good property, but we wouldn’t want to deal with the PM company again.
