We had an amazing stay and cannot wait to return next year. Everything was 100% and we could tell from the initial check ins with Josh and Kenny, that they really strive to make sure guests feel welcome and supported. The home and property are even more beautiful than the pictures show. The neighborhood ambience was so relaxing and quiet, which worked so well for us as that is what we were looking for with a baby and older relatives. The beds were among the most comfortable we've ever slept on, and the furniture and amenities so comfortable for family time together. All in all, this property and the hosts are exceptional, and it is the only place we'd like to stay on our annual family reunions in Palm Springs. So happy we found this, and huge thanks to. Kenny and Josh!

The kitchen is probably the most well equipped that we have experienced. The bathroom linens were lush and plentiful. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and lovely landscaping. The property managers anticipated our needs and questions.

Paradise in the desert. The house was perfect, clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was available. The check in was perfect, everything was explained to us. Which was good because of all the light switches and controls for the outside area. I definitely would rate this property as 5 star.

The house was beautiful and accommodated everyone! Prop manager was very accessible and helpful. The house is in the middle of no where and cell service is nonexistent. Otherwise the wifi was great and we had an awesome time!

Perfect house for large group groups of adults!

We had an absolute amazing time!We stayed for Coachella weekend with a large group of friends and it was absolutely perfect. Every room has its own bathroom and king size bed, which is amazing and hard to find. The outdoor area was perfect. The host was super accommodating and responded quickly. We will absolutely be staying there again next year! Only 3 points to note about this property 1. There is absolutely no outside music, which is a little bit of a bummer but we have stayed at many Palm Springs homes and we know this is outside the homeowners control. 2. There is absolutely no cell service! Wifi was provided so we could still make Wi-Fi calls, but text messages were extremely spotty. Again, no fault of the homeowner just worth noting.3. No keyless entry. If you are staying with a big group of people, you will need a physical key to get into the property.That was just a mild Inconvenience since we didn’t have enough keys for all the guest, but I would not let that deter you from booking this property.Thanks again! see you next year!

40th Birthday Getaway

It was our first time to Palm Springs. We had the experience of a lifetime!! We had amazing communication with the host. They made my 40th birthday magical. This property is AMAZING!! They make it sooo easy to check in and out. The pool and spa were so clean and so easy to operate. The neighbors are super nice and friendly. Amazing location close to downtown Palm Springs. A master suite for all my friends with their own bathroom was glorious. No fighting over rooms. Every room is awesome! Palm Springs is totally a vibe city and this property is no different. Thanks again Kenny and Josh for making my 40th unforgettable. Can’t wait until next time!

Space, location, and luxury

We needed a large house to handle our 3 generation family of 9. This house easily accommodated the whole gang with no trouble. Lots of space and plenty to do. The kids spent hours in the hot tub and pool, on the putting green, and generally running around the property. We took advantage of the very large outdoor dining table that was completely shaded from the sun. The outdoor grill and prep area was a dream. The kitchen was very well outfitted. Loved the location--I walked to the Garstin trailhead to hike the trail and could have done the same for the South Lykken and Frank Bogert trails. Also, a very short drive to Indian Canyons and the Smoke Tree shops and restaurants are close by. We requested an early check in and the manager readily accommodated us. We had one issue with a cold water valve in one of the showers and a plumber was out the next day to fix it. Very responsive management company! We are already checking our granddaughters' schedules for another stay next year.

Perfect layout for a large group

Birthday Getaway

I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday in PS with my really close friends for this milestone and this was the perfect place to relax and to enjoy this occasion. The property was extremely comfortable with beautiful rooms, high end yet approachable. I truly appreciated the surroundings filled with peace and quiet, along with the priceless view of the mountain. I would definitely love to stay at this property again.
