Fantastic vacation property!

We returned this year for another fantastic stay at this home! The covered patio is great and the pool provided hours of entertainment. Doug and Diane are a pleasure to deal with and we hope to return next year.

We had a wonderful 2 month stay. So relaxing and quiet. A very safe location. Owners were excellent to work with. Thank you very much. Great back yard large pool and spa. The home has every amenity you would need and more.

Palm Desert Perfection!

Tranquil Desert Oasis exceeded my expectations. My month stay flew by and everyone that came down to join me agreed. The house is the perfect size, everything is labeled, and it’s nicely appointed. The location is terrific. Diane and Doug are superior hosts. Call me a definite “repeat visitor” as I hope to be back in 2023.

Fantastic Desert Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Doug and Diane’s home in Palm Desert. It truly felt like a home away from home in that all the essentials required for our vacation were available. The pool was amazing. We loved having coffee on the patio in the morning and watching the hummingbirds. Communication in terms of booking and checkout were clear and simple. We would love to come again.

Perfect getaway

Walking distance to el paseo restaurants. Pool and hot tub lovely. Breakfast outside every day around fire pit that doubled as round cocktail table. Dinners outside on shaded patio. Good BBQ. House stocked with everything EVEN good knives. Fresh squeezed orange/ grapefruit juice everyday from trees in the backyard. Perfect.

Spring 2021 Tranquil Desert Oasis

We loved this house. It is immaculately clean, comfortable furniture inside and out, beds are more comfortable than mine at home and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is perfectly centered in the valley. We loved walking in the neighborhoods and to El Paseo and hiking on the trails nearby. The best part by far was the big back yard with shade and fruit trees. Plenty of room to be in or out of the sun. It is such a tranquil, peaceful place to sit by the pool, read, visit with friends or have your meals. While we were there there were several strong wind storms that came through causing dust to blow everywhere. This house is in a very sheltered area so we had no dust and we’re hardly aware there was a wind storm going on. The only issue we had was the You Tube TV arrangement which was difficult to manage at times. Overall this is one of the best houses we have rented in the desert and we hope to come back.

Wonderful place to stay

Wonderful place to stay. Nice having a garage to park in. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a hot tub. We like the location. Just sorry our stay was during the start of the virus and the closing of stores and restaurants. We felt the need to cut our stay and return home. Hope to visit another time.

Fabulous February 2020 at the Tranquil Desert Oasis

Doug and Diane provided a beautiful and fully equipped home for our visit. They thought of everything we would need to enjoy our stay at their home - we actually felt like we were at home. It was immaculate, spacious and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed the fireplace on chilly evenings. The outdoor area was wonderful and we enjoyed the outdoor barbecue and fire pit. Communication with Doug and Diane was excellent. We would highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning.

Wonderful!

We had a fabulous month long stay in Doug and Diane's home. The house was spotless, clean and extremely well equipped with everything one could need, especially in the kitchen, where we cooked many meals. Nothing was lacking! The outdoor spaces were very comfortable for lounging and dining, and we enjoyed using the heated spa and barbeque. We also appreciated the neighborhood quiet hours. Diane was extremely responsive to any inquiries and communication from start to finish was effortless. We hope to return to this tranquil desert oasis and thank Doug and Diane for making their lovely home available for guests to enjoy.

Fantastic property inside and out!

This property is one of the best we have stayed at in Palm Desert. The house and yard are fantastic and the owners (Doug and Diana) were fantastic. Highly recommend this property if you want relax and enjoy Palm Desert in style. You won’t regret it.

Amazing house

This house was like home from home. Every amenity was there. The house was clean and spacious. The pool was amazing and my children enjoyed the whole Experience there. The location is ideal and it nice and peaceful. The owners are a joy to deal with. I would defo stay again. We were sad to leave.

Girls Weekend

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home and pool were very clean. The house was perfect for our 5 girl getaway. Great location - close to restaurants, shopping and the Living Desert. I'm picky about my bathrooms and kitchen - and they passed my test!
