Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.

Each of the three bathrooms has been beautifully updated with modern tile walk-in showers. The primary suite features a king bed, a bonus area with a desk for remote work, and a full en suite bath (no TV in the primary). The guest bedroom includes twin beds, ideal for family or friends. Tile flooring runs throughout the home, with soft carpeting in both bedrooms for added comfort.

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only.
