Great weekend stay

This home was a great place for our family getaway this weekend. The home was very clean throughout and had basic amenities which made our stay comfortable. As an added benefit, the place was beautiful and only a short walk away from the pool. The owner was available for any issues, which of course we did not have during our stay. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

November stay

Beautiful property with clean spacious layout and even nicer than vrbo images indicate. Our family of five (kids aged 2-9) had plenty of room. The gated community was immaculate with friendly security staff. Property is located very near the weekend market at college of the desert and a very short drive to many amenities. Excellent experience!

Great home away from home

Quiet, clean, great location to explore the area, secure, the golf cart was a great added bonus for going to the pools. House was nicer than the pictures make it look. Looking forward to returning.

Pictures don’t do it justice!!

This property far exceeded our expectations from the photos posted. The living room area and kitchen are very open and much larger than anticipated. It was such a great spot for my friends and I to hang out while we were in town for a wedding. Highly recommend this property! Very clean and the host was very communicative. 10/10!

Exactly as advertised

Had a great week at this place. Chris was a fantastic communicator and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, only 5min from all shopping (Trader Joes, Albertsons, Total Wine). The pool/hot tub is right across the road which was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Spring break in PD!

This is a great place to stay in Palm Desert for a get away. Took my wife and two kids during spring break for a few days out of town. The place is very well maintained, all the things in the kitchen needed for cooking and was very clean. Good communication with Chris during the entire visit. Thanks!

Very little to complain about ,a golf trip

Very clean , older but well updated roomy and very quiet great patio adjacent to fairway…. only draw back unable to play private members only golf course….and owner made that clear at the onset….would go back

Relaxing Stay

The villa was beautifully furnished and very well-equipped. The location is very good - just a short drive to El Paseo. The grounds are immaculately kept and there are a variety of pools to try. We really appreciated the use of the golf cart to get around the club. Chris was extremey prompt in answering any queries that we had and we hope to return in the not too distant future!

In town concert at Acrisure stadium

This place was perfect. My siblings and I fell in love with this place. Clean, quiet, great amenities! Host Chris made sure we were all set with beverages upon arrival. Gate access was easily navigated. We even witnessed coyote cruising along the golf course! Highly recommend this place. Also Acrisure is a fantastic venue! We Ubered to and from very easily from this place Will be back!

Checks all the boxes, PLUS!

This is really a terrific place… It is comfortable, plenty, large, and Chris takes it to another level with all the amenities. Comfy beds, nice outdoor space, and excellent kitchen with everything we could have needed. C’mon now: Even riding the golf cart to the three pools made our vacation better! We’ll be back!

Great Location for getaway

This was a near perfect vacation home. Care was taken to provide little niceties and, at every turn, we were pleasantly surprised with extras you don't typically find. Attention to detail IS important, and this place did not disappoint. Only item worth mentioning would be TV option could be improved and TV sound is OK, not great. But that is me being very picky because this place rocks! I plan to revisit.

Fantastic VRBO vacation!

Our recent stay here was truly one of our best VRBO stays ever! The house was beautiful with a spacious layout and plenty of room for our family of five. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful and the beautiful views of the golf course out the large back windows were amazing. We loved our peaceful mornings sipping coffee on the patio. There were dozens of pools and hot tubs to choose from within steps of the home; we had fun choosing a different one every day. The golf cart was a convenient and fun way to explore the neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped making meal prep a breeze. The location is ideally located to some of the best shopping, parks and the zoo. Additionally the owners were super friendly and accommodating. We had an awesome experience and would love to stay here again!

Wonderful

Four of us stayed for 6 nights. We made good use of the pools, golf cart, and bbq. Location was great for us. The kitchen was well stocked (except for a shortage of wine glasses). Little things like toiletries in the bathrooms, beach towels, etc, are a nice touch. Unfortunately, one of the bikes had a flat tire but other than that, it’s a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

Girl’s Harvest Vacation

While our husbands were harvesting, five of us flew to Palm Desert for a week of sun and fun! And what a great week it was especially staying at Chris’ place. He has a beautiful home with many amenities. It is a great location, nice pool, and walking areas. Chris is very easy to communicate with and answer questions for you! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
