The open-concept layout keeps everyone in the same orbit. A bright living room, anchored by a sculptural fireplace, flows into a dining area for four and a full kitchen that's genuinely set up for cooking — good knives, baking dishes, a kettle, and the everyday staples on hand so you're not running out for basics on night one. Out back, the BBQ and outdoor table are made for dinners that drift into the evening, and when the afternoon heat calls for it, there's access to the shared community pool a short walk away.

Vista Verde leans into easy living. There's a well-stocked game stash for when the group wants to compete — card games and party favorites for the table, Giant Jenga and a toss game for when things move outside. The two bedrooms each center on a roomy bed, a Cal King in one and a King in the other, with a sleeper sofa in the living room bringing the count to six. Both full bathrooms come stocked with Grown Alchemist bath products, so you can pack light and still travel well.

The setting is the quiet luxury here: a well-kept, gated pocket of the Coachella Valley with the mountains always in frame, and access to community pickleball and tennis courts a short stroll away when someone's itching for a match. El Paseo — the open-air shopping and dining stretch known as the Rodeo Drive of the Desert — is a short drive off, as is The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, a longtime family favorite. Catch a concert or a Firebirds game at Acrisure Arena, world-class tennis at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden just up the road, or make the easy run to Indio when the Empire Polo grounds fill up for festival season. Palm Springs and the Santa Rosa foothill trailheads are there for the days you feel like roaming.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The primary guest must be 25 or older to book this home.
- Only the guests included in your reservation may stay at or occupy the home. Unregistered guests and exceeding the booked occupancy count are not permitted.
- This is a gated community. Please provide your vehicle count and the name of each driver at least 24 hours before arrival so we can arrange gate access.
- Community speed limits (15–25 mph depending on the area) are strictly enforced by HOA cameras. Fines start at $500 per occurrence, so please drive slowly throughout the community.
- This community has an active HOA that enforces its rules consistently and issues fines for violations. A little awareness goes a long way:
- Keep the garage door closed overnight. The HOA has recently issued citations for garage doors left open, so please close it whenever the garage is unattended.
- Trash bins go out in front of the home on Sunday evening and must be returned Monday after pickup.
- This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, indoors and out.
- Outdoor music is not permitted at any time.
- Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. All gatherings and activities must move indoors at that time.
- Community pools are open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM.
- Pickleball & Tennis Access: As our guest, you're welcome to use the community's pickleball and tennis courts. The courts are run by a third-party operator, and special rates and availability are offered for renters and Resorter guests. Message us anytime and we'll connect you with everything you need to book a court.
- Pool/spa heating, where available, must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival.
- The fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.
- Garage access is available for guest use.
- Unfortunately, there is no plug for electric cars in this home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
