This is a hidden gem. Loved the space, the location, the grounds around the property, the pool area was fantastic and overall we had a really good time! Such a great space for all to enjoy.

**Review for Rental Accommodation**I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental accommodation, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The location was simply perfect, situated just minutes away from where we were holding our work events. This made commuting a breeze and allowed us to maximize our time.The property manager was incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or concerns we had promptly, which added to the overall positive experience. What a gem!

Great quiet facility, spacious condo with everything you need. We were surprised just how close everything was - walking distance to everything. Jeff was wonderful to book with and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. I would most definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely week in Jeff’s Sandpiper home. The house is comfortable, (bed and linens great) and the house is nicely decorated. Really enjoyed the heated pool after a day of hiking. There are great hikes close by!

Perfect in every way

We enjoyed our stay so much - it surpassed all expectations. The condo is more like a small house, with fun midcentury decor, and very much in keeping with the Palm Springs/Palm Desert vibe. We didn't swim, but the pool was beautiful and right outside the patio door. The added bonus was the fruit trees on the property. We picked grapefruit and oranges every morning for fresh squeezed juice, which was divine. We will definitely be back!

Location, location, location!

It was such a great place to spend time in the desert for the first time with our daughter. Accessibility to the pool, relation to stores and shops and local attractions was amazing. The little welcome basket was the cherry on top. Would love to come back one day!

What a perfect little condo with a pool!!

Great location next to everything you want or need. We went to the music festival in Indio and the beds were very comfy to come back to. It really felt like a second home. It had basically everything you could possibly need when you come to the gate. Make sure you park immediately to your left. That was the only thing that was a little confusing at first then take the sidewalk around the corner and the doors right there on the left, we really had a great experience and if we ever go back, we will definitely try and get this Vrbo again !!

Lovely spot near El Paseo with its many shops and restaurants. Roomy two bedroom with newer, well stocked kitchen. Shady deck for afternoon relaxing and just steps to the pool.

Fabulous place for a long weekend or more

A Nice Place To Stay

This was our third time staying at this property. The pool and grounds are quiet. We usually had the pool to ourselves. The unit is close to all sorts of restaurants, stores, etc. The owners are very nice and always leave a generous basket of goodies!

Quiet and centrally located

Appreciated this location due to its walking proximity to excellent hiking trails, shopping, and the wonderful Civic Center Park and San Pablo shops. Everything we needed was within 4 miles. Fully stocked vacation house that provided a great getaway.

Sandpiper Getaway

Overall this unit was a perfect place to stay. Access to grapefruit, orange, and lemon trees each morning was exceptional! We were four friends sharing, two of which were a couple. So having three beds worked perfectly. It was a short walking distance to restaurants and shops. This unit would work for a friends get-away or for a family. Two thumbs up!

Peaceful and quiet sunny paradise

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. Jeff and Donna are always very nice. The location is very very quiet. It’s a pod with condo surrounding a central pool and most of the time, in fact all except one day, we were the only ones in the pool. Very quiet and peaceful. If you’re looking for somewhere just to soak in the sun and take a dip in the pool, and stay at a cool mid century modern place that’s really close to everything, this is the place for you.

Wonderful!!

What a great place! I appreciated the host and his communication. He used the VRBO comm tools but he also sent me a text a few days before check in so I’d have his number. He replied quickly and took care of any questions/problems we had! Perfect! The condo was super clean. I usually feel like I have to clean when I get to a rental but not here. The WiFi worked well. I had class work and some work zoom meetings and it was fine. The kitchen was well equipped. The Sandpiper location is great - you can walk to many places - and the pool is very nice. The condo was a little hard to find the first time - park in the first spots in driveway D and walk along the sidewalk to the green doors. Can’t wait to return!
