The property and outdoor space were nice. It has a beautiful view. The pool was very clean. We had an issue with the garage openers, and Paul from management was very responsive. He came right over and fixed them. We had trouble with the wireless. It worked for the TV, but only 1/2 of our group of 5 people seemed able to sign on intermittently. It would not work for working remotely on a laptop, so we had to use individual hotspots. The house itself is dated, and could use some updating and attention. The primary master mattress was pretty uncomfortable for the length of our stay. There is not enough furniture unless you are at a dining room table, and we only had 5 people in the home. I would not consider this a luxury property. All that being said, we were able to enjoy ourselves. I would have given 3.5 stars if I could have.
