Lulu at the Palms is located within a private, gated community for added privacy and security. To ensure a smooth arrival, we’ll register your vehicle with the front gate ahead of your stay. Please provide the following for the primary driver:

If you’re expecting any visitors during your stay, just send us their details in advance and we’ll take care of getting them approved. This quick step helps you avoid any delays at the gate and keeps the community secure for all guests.

Palm Desert is a car-friendly area, and having a vehicle is the easiest way to explore the Coachella Valley. Lulu at the Palms offers convenient access to major roads, making it easy to reach Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Palm Springs, and nearby attractions. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and ample parking is available within the resort community. For guests flying in, Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 25–30 minutes away by car.

While the home is professionally maintained and treated, occasional sightings of desert insects such as spiders or scorpions may occur, particularly outdoors. This is normal for the area. Guests are encouraged to use common-sense precautions, such as checking outdoor furniture and coverings before use and keeping shoes indoors.
