Situated behind mature ficus hedges on nearly one beautifully landscaped acre, this custom-built 5,500-square-foot estate offers complete privacy while providing resort-style amenities for every generation.
Inside you’ll find spacious gathering areas, five beautifully appointed bedrooms, a private casita, a gourmet kitchen designed for entertaining, and comfortable spaces where everyone can relax together.

We provide volleyballs, pickleballs and paddles, basketballs, bocce balls, ping pong paddles and balls, cornhole boards and bags, and soccer balls—everything you need for a day of fun together.
Every sports court is professionally lighted, allowing family games to continue long after the sun goes down.
As the desert cools each evening, volleyball games continue beneath the lights, pickleball matches become family tournaments, bocce competitions stretch into the evening, children laugh around the ping pong table, and everyone eventually gathers around the fire pit, outdoor kitchen, or covered patio beneath the stars.

The nearly 60-foot covered patio has become one of our guests’ favorite gathering places.
Relax beneath cooling misters, prepare dinner in the outdoor kitchen, fire up the built-in BBQ, bake pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, stream your favorite playlist through the Sonos sound system, or simply enjoy a quiet evening together around the fire table or fire pit.

Before your arrival, Nancy personally sends a welcome video, demonstrating the home’s features so you can begin enjoying your vacation immediately.
We’re available by phone or text throughout your stay and are happy to assist with grocery stocking before arrival, accepting Amazon deliveries, restaurant recommendations, golf suggestions, concierge assistance, and mid-stay housekeeping upon request.
Every reservation is personally prepared. The home is professionally cleaned, windows sparkle, gardens are manicured, the pool is ready, and the home is comfortably cooled or heated before you arrive.
