Nicely Decorated, Spacious and Great Location

Love Monterey Country Club for on-the-golf course vacationing, well-maintained neighborhood pools, and convenient to location to shopping, restaurants, etc. This unit is nicely situated close a pool, with great views of the golf course from a wider than typical patio and views of the mountains beyond. It is spacious, and beautifully decorated, with updated kitchen and over-the-top bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and there were ample bath and pool towels. Would benefit from a few small items - which seemed to us to be likely a new rental not quite settled in: no unit information booklet, no kitchen tea towels, placemats, limited cooking utensils, and a few minor repairs needed - such as sliding screen doors. Inside of unit was very clean, but front door and patio not so much (we cleaned). That said was a great unit overall, and we'd recommend.

Birthday Trip for my Sister

This property was very nice but needed some maintenance The kitchen faucet was loose. The dryer vent was not attached. There were no instructions on what to do with the linens and towels when we left. We had a problem figuring out the TVS at first. The firepit doesn't work. The area rug in the living room was dirty. The bathroom faucet in the shower was very hard to turn on. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice.The view is spectacular. We enjoyed our stay but the place needs some attention.

Pretty Good

Property listed for 6. Our family of 6 adults had a good time. One bedroom's mattress needs replacing. We wished 6 chairs were available for the dining room and patio tables. There were no instructions for turning on the fire pit. No dishwasher pods. Otherwise, lovely.

A Perfect Desert Getaway!

This place is very clean and very comfortable. I stayed there with some girlfriends, played pickleball in the morning. Monterey Country Club is centrally located. a few minute drive to El Paseo and under 15 minutes to get to the tennis tournament. Deily, the manager, was very responsive to any of my questions. The place has been updated as you can see from pics, new bathrooms and kitchen and the beds are very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The property has been nicely updated and was very comfortable. We were in the area for the Indian Wells tennis tournament and didn't spend much time at the property. I'd stay there again.

Fantastic stay in Palm Desert

Property is wonderful. All you could need for the stay. Plenty of closets in master with hangers and plenty of mirrors. Area is very nice, quiet, with great restaurants and shopping within 10 minute drive. We went to the tennis tournament and Indian Wells is 15 minute drive. The zoo is 15 minutes (highly recommend). Palm Springs is about 30 minutes away. I would recommend that a host makes a book with some basics because VRBO didn’t send her our communication and we had some questions about the house and our stay.

Rated excellent-caveats: Guest bedroom mattresses need replacing. Guest bathroom sink & Master bathroom sink needed Drano! Guest bedroom sink covers needed cleaning noticed when removed to check out water draining issue. Smallest guest bedroom could use a small chest of drawers. Issues that need attention but did not spoil our overall stay - rated excellent.

Well appointed property in a convenient location

This was a well stocked, spacious and nicely appointed property in a lovely gated community; it was perfect for our multi generational family group. There was a pool/hot tub just steps away which didn’t appear to be used by anyone else during our stay. The patio featured views of the golf course, a quiet seating area and our own barbecue.

Lot of fun

The Jacuzzi was awesome pool table shuffleboard all kinds of fun games. Kitchen was perfect we would stay again.
